“This place and never went in until a couple days ago and I got the rancheros sunny side up. The flavors were really good. I thought it was a little bit too white sauce the tortillas all the flavor was delicious. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I was just taking out. They gave me a lot of attention, which is pretty nice. Don’t see that anymore. We got a cup of coffee, which is really good and took it home far away for breakfastmaybe share with your friends.”

“I’ve been to the DTLA Arts District location so many times, so I was shocked (in the best way) to discover this one so close to home. The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!”

“I had a Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea with no ice and level 1 (of 5) sweetness. I really enjoy freshly brewed milk tea (freshly brewed after order is placed) compared to milk tea prepared with tea that was brewed well in advance, had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long, and used only after the order is placed. I definitely recommend to try their boba tea.”

“My visit to the his place was few months ago. While I was working nearby I decided to look for a place to grab a bite for lunch. The nearest one was this amazing little spot located along the main street, b careful, don't speed or you will miss it. Since I wanted something quick I got the curry to go with a couple of milk teas. They were both absolutely delicious, for the amount of food the price is super reasonable. I will have to go back and try a new dish”
“Went on a late Saturday morning. The line was all the way to the door but we got to the front of the line faster than expected. Their matcha is alright and comes unsweetened, I cannot recommend for matcha lovers but I did like that they offer free honey packets to sweeten it yourself. Matcha mostly smooth and escaped being green colored milk. For the price it was what I would expect to receive. The caramel macchiato was solid, the amount of coffee was good and it didn't have too much caramel. The vanilla latte was also good. I received all 5 of the drinks I ordered in about 5 minutes. Seating is limited inside the cafe, but there's lots of seating outside.”
“Always a great place to sit talk and redirect I had a productive visit”

“The Freshwater Pavilion is a wonderful addition to the Huntington Chinese Garden. The small tea house sells an assortment of Asian snacks, drinks, teas, boba, and grab-and-go food. Its location offers plenty of outdoor seating next to the garden's beautiful lake, with a view of the Suzhou-style pavilions on either side. It's the perfect place to enjoy the gardens while having a quick sip of Milk Tea.”
“I got the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea and Osmanthus Jelly as the topping and it was soo good. Slightly less fragrant than Chagee, but they make up for it with the topping. Really good and I'd come back. The manager though could be friendlier.”

“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. Highly recommend Updated from previous review on 2026-03-29”

“The pizza was to die for — we had the margarita pizza — thin crust and sauce delicious. We had the artichoke burrata appetizer which was delicious too. The area where the restaurant is located is very cool. Enjoyable all the way around.”

“Had a fantastic dinner here last month! It’s a cozy, bar-centric spot with an amazing, lively atmosphere. The daily special when we visited was the shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The rest of the dishes we ordered were great as well. Highly recommend this place for a casual night out”

“We were so delighted to be able to bring family members to have traditional tea at the Rose Garden tea room. The server was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind without being an obsequious. The food for the tea was amazing with creative flavor, combinations, and presentation and really good choices for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free in addition to the traditional menu. The atmosphere is very delightful both inside and out; however, it was very hot outside and we would have requested inside seating for the benefit of our elderly family members if we had known that they were both inside and outside. Also, it is a little pricier than some other traditional teas however, it is it a lot of food. It’s worth the experience!”
