“This place and never went in until a couple days ago and I got the rancheros sunny side up. The flavors were really good. I thought it was a little bit too white sauce the tortillas all the flavor was delicious. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I was just taking out. They gave me a lot of attention, which is pretty nice. Don’t see that anymore. We got a cup of coffee, which is really good and took it home far away for breakfastmaybe share with your friends.“

“I had a Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea with no ice and level 1 (of 5) sweetness. I really enjoy freshly brewed milk tea (freshly brewed after order is placed) compared to milk tea prepared with tea that was brewed well in advance, had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long, and used only after the order is placed. I definitely recommend to try their boba tea.“

“I’ve been to the DTLA Arts District location so many times, so I was shocked (in the best way) to discover this one so close to home. The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!“

“The food is priced on the expensive end, but that is to be expected for attraction food. Not that I minded anyway, because my entire meal was filling (the portion sizes are MASSIVE) and delicious. Well seasoned, served hot, and promptly arrived even during the height of a lunch rush. The atmosphere is unbeatable“

“I'm here just about every other weekend to get takeout for the family. The Indian flavors really come through in an exciting way. The rotisserie chicken is one of the best I've found in LA, and it's not even the best chicken on the menu. Anything with beans are a must-have.“

“Villa's Tacos were amazing! and I'm not saying this just because of the hype of the Super Bowl. I'm saying this because I mean it. The tacos were just amazing to me. Not your regular everywhere tacos. These tacos were homemade recipes. I had the carne asada, pork with potato (puerco con papa) & beans with cactus (frijoles con nopal). It's a week later that I tried these tacos and I can't stop talking about them. My favorite was the beans with cactus. Soooo good. Also, the atmosphere was just so nice and lively. “This place fricken rocks, it honestly made my wife and I consider moving down to LA! We're both motorcycle riders so seeing the whole place be themed around that lifestyle was very creative and attractive. Even if you're not a rider, this is a really fun and cool spot. Very fun dishes and drinks, various forms of seating for eating and drinking (outdoor/indoor), and there's lots to simply look at so you may finish your meal and meander around to look at all the neat motorcycle paraphernalia scattered throughout the room.

The food was delicious American-fare, the service was attentive, the drinks are high-quality, the prices are reasonable. The area it's in...ehhh I wouldn't walk here if I could avoid it, there's not too much nearby worth visiting. Oh, and it's dog friendly! They even have meals for your pooch if you feel inclined. Our dogs loved their homemade dog treats and enjoyed their provided water bowl.

Definitely a spot we'll go back to, and if we move to LA we're guaranteed joining them on one of their monthly rides! We also bought a couple motorcycle shirts for our rides. Easily my favorite spot in the area.“

“What a delightful and delicious surprise! We were out looking for some interesting ice cream and stumbled on this place. 6 flavors of soft serve. We both loved the Vietnamese Coffee! I got another flavor Yakukt (tart yogurt) and hubby got the coffee and condensed milk flavor.

The owner took the time to explain each flavor and give us a taste sample of 4 flavors. For a Friday night it was packed and a line out the door, but totally worth it. Great vibes inside!“

The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. “Bento boxes are of great quality here. The attention to detail of this curated meal definitely lets your eyes feast first. All the little sides taste amazing, especially the candied sweet potatoes. The vegetables alternate between sweet and salty to balance out the meal. The Scottish salmon and mackerel are cooked to perfection. The little yolk in the rice also adds a nice touch to mix in and eat.“

“After our Altadena house burned down, we relocated to Barker Block and absolutely love being so close to Manuela. We used to have a fire table like yours, so dining here always carries a sense of home. Last night we brought friends, and they said, ‘This makes it hard to go out to eat in Monrovia—our restaurants cut corners with cheap ingredients and fast turnover.’ What your chefs create is the opposite: dishes with not just incredible flavor but extraordinary texture and detail. Their expertise is off the charts, and I highly recommend.“

“The best spicy Chinese Food in OC/LA area hands down! They have been Michelin recommended for a reason. Their food has lots of depth of umami flavors with a good amount of spice with a refined touch. Their none spicy broths are especially good too. My faves are their dry pots, toothpick lambs, Qiao Jiao Beef. We also like their spicy ribs and boiled fish in chilli sauce, and Mao cai. Service is great too!“
