“This place and never went in until a couple days ago and I got the rancheros sunny side up. The flavors were really good. I thought it was a little bit too white sauce the tortillas all the flavor was delicious. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I was just taking out. They gave me a lot of attention, which is pretty nice. Don’t see that anymore. We got a cup of coffee, which is really good and took it home far away for breakfastmaybe share with your friends.“

“Chapresso is a tiny boba tea shop in San Marino. They have breadth selection of fruit teas and milk tea boba. And it is the only tea shop in this upper middle class city. I came to grab a hot Jasmine Pekoe Green tea which is a high-quality tea leaves , often younger leaves with fine hair (pekoe). Its flavor was smooth, mellow, slightly sweet, with fresh fruity undertones.

Prices were fair. Staff and service were cordial and on spot, respectively. Indoor and outdoor seats were very limited.

Overall, I liked my tea at Chapresso. I highly recommend them.“

“I’ve been to the DTLA Arts District location so many times, so I was shocked (in the best way) to discover this one so close to home. The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!“

“The food is priced on the expensive end, but that is to be expected for attraction food. Not that I minded anyway, because my entire meal was filling (the portion sizes are MASSIVE) and delicious. Well seasoned, served hot, and promptly arrived even during the height of a lunch rush. The atmosphere is unbeatable“

“The pizza was to die for — we had the margarita pizza — thin crust and sauce delicious. We had the artichoke burrata appetizer which was delicious too. The area where the restaurant is located is very cool. Enjoyable all the way around.“

“Villa's Tacos were amazing! and I'm not saying this just because of the hype of the Super Bowl. I'm saying this because I mean it. The tacos were just amazing to me. Not your regular everywhere tacos. These tacos were homemade recipes. I had the carne asada, pork with potato (puerco con papa) & beans with cactus (frijoles con nopal). It's a week later that I tried these tacos and I can't stop talking about them. My favorite was the beans with cactus. Soooo good. Also, the atmosphere was just so nice and lively. I truly enjoyed every minute of my visit here. Thank you Villa's Tacos, we will return.“

If you have the time I would definitely recommend stopping by! I chose the ruby apple and chamoy gummy bears and it was perfectly sour for me!! They do everything they can in house including creating their own chamoy recipe and it is absolutely delicious!! The ruby apple is the only dairy free option for now but with continued support from the community I can see them expanding as much as they aspire to:)“

“Amazing place for motorcycle enthusiasts! Finally a place we can all hang at thats nit harley davidson ir a biker bar, although they DO serve decent alcohol here, the real star is that “Sunday Roast Chicken” specially after a oong day’s worth of riding“

Raw tuna has an absolutely superb taste. It’s of great quality and has a high turnover rate, ensuring that you can always enjoy fresh sushi. However, one unfortunate aspect is that we don’t take reservations, which means we have to wait for at least 20 minutes.“

“All the food was outstanding. The raw fish and seafood was unbelievably fresh and aptly paired with elevated fresh flavors. The tostadas reminded me of Contramar in Cdmx, but even better (dare i say).

The atmosphere is beautiful, has a massive garden space, scattered lighting, copious succulents. It feels like an escape right in LA. The service is warm, personable, efficient.

Definitely worth the trip and such a great find.“

“I’ve been wanting to try Marko’s for a while. My brother and I had lunch there today. We were not disappointed. I ordered Nopales & Eggs, my brother ordered French Toast & Eggs with sausage and bacon. The food was so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu. The service was very friendly and attentive. Marko came and introduced himself. He gave us a brief talk on how they pride themselves on serving fresh and authentic food. Recipes from the abuelita. “The asado steak was incredibly delicious, and the pasta served with clams was amazing—honestly better than most pasta restaurants. You can really tell the pasta is handmade; the texture and flavor were outstanding.

The service was kind and attentive, the place was very clean, and the lighting was perfect—not too dark, just comfortable.

“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. “Wonderful experience. The chef was friendly and entertaining and prepared the most beautiful omakase for us. I keep ingredients- kosher and the chef was easily able to create a menu of only fish with fins and scales for me on advance request. He was careful about cross contamination too.“

“The best spicy Chinese Food in OC/LA area hands down! They have been Michelin recommended for a reason. Their food has lots of depth of umami flavors with a good amount of spice with a refined touch. Their none spicy broths are especially good too. My faves are their dry pots, toothpick lambs, Qiao Jiao Beef. We also like their spicy ribs and boiled fish in chilli sauce, and Mao cai. Service is great too!“

They do mahjong nights on Thursdays apparently, so if you need socializing in a safe place with good food made by people who care deeply about others - go here.“
