Their breakfast burrito “the breakfast burrito” with tofu (just egg is an option as well) is just perfect. I had it once then ordered it again the next day. Amazing fillings, great tortilla, razzle dazzle sauce is addicting. Their salsas are all also delicious… a rarity I’ve found. I order extras of each. If you’re reading this, thank you for making such a delicious vegan breakfast burrito.

UPDATE: I also got a Californian sandwich to go at the suggestion of the girl working there and I just finished that one at home and now that one is my favorite too???!! My official recommendation: the Californian is a nice cold deli sandwich for a hot day, and the Smokey is a great, warm sandwich for cooler weather.
The girl working there suggested The Smokey and holy cow I think this is the greatest sandwich Ive ever had in my life.
I cannot say enough good things about Maciel’s. The food is excellent. I have taken plenty to non-vegan friends here, and they’re always impressed. The sandwiches are big enough that I can usually eat half for lunch and half for dinner. The breakfast burrito is 🤤😍. And as a bonus, everyone who works here is friendly and genuine.
