“Everything about this dining experience was perfect. I've never had that before, where literally every box is checked...

Every single item we ordered blew our minds with how tasty they were. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

We were traveling from Utah and were in that town accidentally. We wandered in to the closest restaurant nearby and were not at all prepared for how nice this was. Even though we were not looking our best from a long day on the road, we were treated kindly and even had nice conversation with the owner.

This is now on our must list EVERY time we come to California!“

“The best spicy Chinese Food in OC/LA area hands down! They have been Michelin recommended for a reason. Their food has lots of depth of umami flavors with a good amount of spice with a refined touch. Their none spicy broths are especially good too. My faves are their dry pots, toothpick lambs, Qiao Jiao Beef. We also like their spicy ribs and boiled fish in chilli sauce, and Mao cai. Service is great too!“

“Bring your dates and loved ones to the BEST mocktails in town! All the unique flavor creation (each drink’s appealing naming in alphabetical order, and only $9) made by the bartender/co-owner Arleo. And Chef Amber runs the all the magic in the kitchen. My favorite dish is “Bone Marrow” - fried king mushroom oyster!

“If you order on Uber Eats, the price is exceptional for the quality and quantity of food you get. All the beef choices are top notch as well as the rice and fresh baked fluffy pita bread. The only not as good items are the chicken being a bit bland and the hummus (but that is a problem for most places in LA). Overall great restaurant with tasty food.“

“It's not the best banh mi around, but certainly the best price/quality ratio in Alhambra. The line can be long and you can order ahead (phone), but if you just drop by around noon. Expect a bit of a wait. The owner speaks English, Vietnamese and Cantonese, so walk in with no fear. Coffee is excellent here too.“

“it was very affordable, only we couldn't resist ordering more because it was all delicious. everything we tried was harmonious. except the egg cheese buldak ramen wrap, although that could have been expected. we ate lunch here, and came back the same day for dinner because it was too good.“

Silky pork broth, the heat from the chilli and the hot chicken is going to make you sweat. If you say spicy, it's going to be spicy!!!

“I'm legally blind and I was actually there to visit my cardiologist roughly 6 minute walking distance on the other end of 1st Street. I got myself into a dilemma by buying two dozen of egg tarts which comes in two large pizza size boxes. The young lady who helped me at the store first told me they don't have such a big bag for those boxes, but she obviously considered my convenience so she went to the bag and dig out a large size shopping bag. I guess you can tell how appreciative I was even though those boxes have to go in sideway anyway... It still helped me to hold those boxes in one hand and my white cane on the other.“

“If you are in the San Gabriel Valley area you must stop here if you want amazing Sashimi. Started with fatty Tuna that melted in my mouth so fresh delicious then moved on to giant Clams (Mirugai) it was sweet & crunchy I could have gone for second order not many sushi restaurants have (Mirugai)The fatty belly Salmon was buttery & the spicy Tuna hand roll sashimi was perfect coz I’m a spicy food addict it was just heavenly for me. Yum yum 🤤 ended with Kumamoto Oyster 🦪 it was so sweet like cotton candy in your mouth made me wanting more which I did order more. Lol 😂 The house hot Sake was good for a cold night paired so well with my amazing Sashimi! Great way to end my Friday night here! Thank you Chef!“

“Only got take out so can't comment on the service but my interaction told me it is about what you can expect from most places in SGV. Don't judge this place by its cover. Food is really well made. This is going to be my go to place for dumpling and Beijing pie takeout.“

“Mixed tempura was delicious (they gatekeep that tempura dipping sauce like nobody's business). Bento box was tasty (salmon was cooked perfectly). The salmon skin roll was well liked by the wife. Loved the fact that Mikomi had Pacifico Beer on tap!!!

Customer service was also good! My husband didn’t know what to order, and the server helped him choose something that hit the spot.“

“My wife and I shared a beef burrito, and the Carne Asada salad. The dressing to the salad was really tasty, and the steak was better prepared than a steak I had any fancy restaurant last weekend. The burrito was just simple goodness … not too fancy or over done. This is a family owned business that supports the community. This place was exceptionally good. If you’re craving a burger, highly recommend this place. If you want a fantastic smash patty and crispy fresh fries, GO HERE. The burger was juicy, crispy on the edges (proper Maillard Reaction), good cheese, POTATO BUN (bonus points), and add whatever topping you like. The fries are fresh, oil was clean, and they were the perfect crisp. I actually don’t even know how they got them like that. I can’t do that at home…but that’s beside the point. I wish this was near me but I live in OC. If I am ever in this area, I will 10000000% be making a stop here to eat, even if I’m not hungry.“

“I love the food my favorite is the linguine clams which is made with a white wine sauce but you can ask for red if you desire. Everywhere you go now a days is expensive but at least portions are large and shareable. It surprises me to read the reviews and see that people enjoyed the Tyson frozen wings they use to serve at Vittoria’s for years. I also would like to note that I love the antipasto salad and it doesn’t have only one meat as I read on one of the reviews.Also everywhere that has delivery service charges more when ordered on the app. Update: they are no longer charging for water. I can say that yes they are short staffed sometimes as well as many other restaurants have been ever since COVID. I really love the service and I will continue to be a customer for many years!! It always amazes me that people can’t see when it’s busy and aren’t understanding.“

“I have been coming here for multiple times for their drinks and so far I love it!
It is a small place for a boba shop but it is a pretty good place to chill when the place is not crowded. The servers are very nice and patient when you are ordering your drinks. The place in general are clean, even with the restroom.
The drinks are fantastic in my opinion, no matter what sweetness level you are going for. My personal favorite/ to-go are the rose cream foam milk tea or formosa ocean. Trust me, I think you will like them if you are a sweet tooth-er or Rose lover. (Good looking drinks for pictures too!)
Try their origanal flavored Formosa Umeyaki too! They are not only pretty for pictures, but crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, specifically when they are freshly made. Great desserts matching with your drinks!“

“1st time at this restaurant and have to say the food was delicious and well made. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with explaining what comes in their food. There veggie dumplings were amazing aswell as everything else i ordered. Will definitely be going back“

“This place is like many of the Hong Kong style eateries around the San Gabriel and Alhambra area. I enjoy mixing Western and Eastern cuisine so I always enjoy HK style food. Would go again and definitely recommend if you like HK food. Menu was decently large too.“

“This place was serene. Although we went on a super hot day eating outdoors was not even an issue. The prices are reasonable and the food was good. The service was a bit slow but we were with family so there was no time wasted. I would definitely return. I was conservative on the rating since I only went once. Hope to be a repeat customer, then if things are consistently quality service I will have no choice but to increase the rating. Great job so far!“

“This review has been a long time coming as I've come back multiple times... I love this bakery! The staff here is always welcoming, helpful and gives me the best suggestions when it comes to their seasonal or for a drink I haven't tried. They always have a great vibe going on in here.

Personally their lattes are great and their pastries are so yummy. You can just tell that the bakers put their best work into it. I'm always a sucker for the choco cookie.

Super bummed I couldn't make it for their mango mochi release but it looked so good! Kudos and props to the Re Bakesic team for always caring and acting in the interest of their customers.“

4 stars for food and service. Food: they often serve meats that shouldn’t be served. In the few times I’ve come to All that Shabu, twice (in different visits) we were given meat that was red and blood-like. It wasn’t pleasant. And the other time, one of the meat options was all fat and had a speck of meat. I’m not sure, do they not check the meat slices before sending the out? I feel like the staff should check the quality beforehand.“
