“Wish i was living very close to this amazing place … as soon as I stepped in , i knew it will be more then great. It smelled like home food, not like a restaurant , i got lamb pancakes, oh god it was soooo good, juicy , flavorful, i even almost cried when realized only one left out of 4… only one bad thing about it, i want it MOOORREEE!!! :)“

“Been coming here since I was a freshman in college. Its my favorite place to get popcorn chicken close to my home. My go-to is the popcorn chicken rice plate. Don’t over look the plates, they’re very delicious. The green teas are amazing too.“

Our first time here. A lot of foot traffic coming and going. Everything tasted wonderful, the right amount of tea flavor and sweetness in every drink. So many different drinks to choose from, will definitely come back to try more.“

“Solid for milk tea, ample parking, quite a large space. Menu is limited and not all items (understandably) have adjustable sweetness, the staff are great at explaining. The more limited menu does mean you might not find a drink you like, but they cover all the basics.“

“We went here last Sunday and saw that they had combos. Where when you buy a bowl, you get a free drink. It was a good deal. So we bought one noodles and one pork chop bowl. The Pork Chop Bowl rocks, they cut the bones out. But the noodles were cold, I did not like it at all. thats why its a 4 star not 5 stars.“

“So I made a small oops by ordering from the Alhambra store instead of Monterey Park. I had to make a quick trip to pick up in Alhambra. I was 20+ minutes after my pick up time but my drink was still icy, cold and delicious. I didn't think matcha and oatmilk would work so well together. That with the creme brulee in the frostie was such a treat. I'll definitely order this again and hopefully to the right location next time. You should too... if you enjoy matcha.

In my defense, Alhambra is the preferred store but had an errand closer to Monterey Park and my mind was on default 😬“

Customer service was also good! My husband didn’t know what to order, and the server helped him choose something that hit the spot.“

“Heard a lot about their tea so went to try it out. Tried the taro fresh milk, dong ding oolong and lemon tart. They were all good. The taro fresh milk came with actual taro and taro boba and was my mom’s favorite. My dad enjoyed the dong ding oolong as it wasn’t too sweet and had a smokey flavor. I really enjoyed the lemon tart but the “perfect sugar” level was a little too sweet for me, would try a little less sugar next time. Went on a weekday to avoid any crowds. At the time of my visit, it only had one lost to self order from and it was occupied for a bit so I placed an online order from the QR code. The main difference is that at the in-store kiosk they make the drink right away, and for the QR code it is for ordering online so it may be 20-25mins wait.“

“Cha Express Handmake black rice milk tea , puff cream bubble milk tea and hawaii fruit tea is the best . Place is clean and comfort . I will definitely try other drinks next time“
