“Best Honey Green tea in all Southern CA. Actually, better than the ones in Taiwan. They spare no cost in using only the best quality tea and ingredients. Once you tried theirs, you can’t go to other places anymore. Many of their bread like the red bean bun is a must try and the birthday cakes are always freshly made daily and not too sweet. They also have full sheet part tray fruit cake that are cut into 96 slices, best for large parties or events. Highly underrated and a hidden gem!“
“Fresh fruit, handcrafted toppings, and drinks you won’t find anywhere else?🍊🥥🧋 Say less.
If you’re looking for your next boba spot, Lucky FruiTea in San Gabriel needs to be on your list. They specialize in premium tea drinks made with fresh, seasonal fruit and creative flavors that stand out from the usual menu.
Here’s what I tried:
🍫 Cracking Dubai Chocolate Slushy (Top 10) – rich, chocolatey, and topped with crunchy chocolate goodness.
🥭 Papaya Coconut Slushy (seasonal) – tropical, creamy, and super refreshing.
🍑 Creamy White Peach Milk Tea (Top 10) – smooth, fragrant, and perfectly peachy.
🫐 Fresh Lychee Slushy – packed with real lychee flavor and incredibly refreshing.
Don’t skip the snacks either! The Popcorn Chicken is crispy, juicy, and the perfect savory pairing for your drinks. And if you’re craving dessert, the Mashed Taro Oolong Milk Tea Gelato is creamy, earthy, and absolutely worth ordering.“

“Really good drinks! Super fresh and well-balanced, not too sweet and not watered down. The tea flavor is strong and high quality.
Highly recommend the black tea ice cream — really fragrant and not too sweet. Definitely coming back again.“

“Recommended to us by a local restaurant owner, we took a drive over to try them out. They have an amazing fresh fruit selection (including persimmon, which I hadn’t seen before) like strawberry and watermelon (which is one of my favorites).
We like them so much we’ve made the 20 minute drive several times already during our short stay. The drinks seem to run a little sweet so I make the less sugar option. They seem to automatically add a jelly to the drink (at least the several we’ve ordered).
Overall this place is great and highly recommended“

“Great customer service! It was my first time there, and they gave me samples of their toppings since I couldn’t decide. I appreciate that they have caffeine-free options with their wintermelon drink! ☺👌🏼“

“Nice little spot for boba. Sunright has always been our go to place for boba. I’m just glad that this location has the taro milk tea boba that I’ve been missing since the one by house does not make them anymore. Yummy!!! Craving satisfied!!!“

“The workers are friendly and very efficient. I was there when they were busy with a lot of to-go orders and my order still came out in a good amount of time. Seasoning needs a touch more salt, but otherwise doesn't really break it. The food, though mostly fried options, are drained enough that it's not heavy covered in grease like most places.“
“Some of the best drinks we've had, which is especially impressive considering all the other options around here!
- Tea cube milk tea - super creamy tea flavor
- Orange jasmine tea w/ boba - the boba is amazingly well cooked, very Q“

“Giving this a 5 star rating all around although the guy at the register wasn’t necessarily the friendliest however I can admit he seemed like a hard worker, he was at the register then the back making our order so it’s ok. Everyone there seemed to be having an amazing time hanging out. My husband and I were just in the area and decided to check out the nearest boba place and I’m glad we landed here (wink), hubby got a Thai tea, I know he’s so basic lol and I got the pink peach tea both with boba. I would definitely order my drink again, so delicious. We also got the honeydew yogurt squares and omggg I def recommend them I wish I would have gotten atleast another flavor to try.“

“Checked out this Taiwanese tea spot in San Gabriel and it’s got a really old-school, traditional vibe (in a good way). They’ve got classic snacks like egg waffles (雞蛋糕) and wheel cakes (車輪餅), plus a solid lineup of traditional Taiwanese teas.
You can still add toppings to your drinks, but the flavors lean more classic—not super trendy or overly sweet. If you’re into that OG Taiwan taste, you’ll probably like it. Prices are pretty reasonable too.
The shop is tiny though, so it’s basically a grab-and-go spot. Also, parking can be kind of a pain around there, so just be prepared.
Overall, low-key spot but a good one if you’re craving something more traditional.“

“Great experience at Tea Maru yesterday. Found out about it through Groupon, and appreciate the fact that they make their own boba in house.
Important note: Mango Boba is only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!
I got the Mango Slush with Strawberry Boba, which featured a nice layer of ice cream, mango slush (at 25% sweet), and delicious homemade boba. The place is small, mostly built for takeout but there are a few decent seats. Song selection immaculate.“

“Last night I tried the pork cartilage rice combo, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pork was tender and juicy, and the portion size was very reasonable. They also have a great variety of classic Asian dishes—I’m excited to come back and try more. Glad I found this spot!“

“To all Filipinos and Filipino food fans out there! Do not be deceived with the name! This is not your ordinary bobba shop! Tim's Thai Tea/Mags Matamis serves the best halo-halo in SoCal! This will be my go to place from now on whenever I crave for halo-halo.
The place is perfect. You should visit Blossom Market Food Hall soon!
Tims Thai Tea - I hope you sell your ube and buko pandan ice cream in a pint🙏😉“

“A Masterpiece of Flavor & Art"Prepare to experience dessert like never before. The Yu Cake isn’t just a sweet treat; it’s a sensory journey. Beneath its delicate, velvety exterior lies a symphony of flavors, each layer crafted to delight and surprise. As you take the first bite, the softness of the cake gives way to a luscious filling that’s perfectly balanced – sweet, yet light. Every element is meticulously designed to create an unforgettable moment of indulgence.“

“Ok my first time was awful bc I got a bad drink and I didnt not pre-order. 3cat is geniunely amazing but theres rules to get a good drink.
First dont get boba. Dont know why they never do boba good. Theres other amazing toppings like the mochi that I would personally choose.
Second always ALWAYS order online. Waits up to an hour sometimes and its important to order online so you can just go in and pick up. Everyone else also orders online too.
Fruit drinks here r rlly good and I would also recommend their matcha jasmine, super fragent and high quality“
