“This place was great! 👍🏼 it’s a family owned shop where a husband and wife run the shop. They were so patient, kind and helpful. They even opened 10 minutes early for us because we didn’t realize they weren’t open yet. They made 3 bobas in under 5 minutes and they were PERFECT. We got Sour Plum (green) Tea, Kumquat (green) Tea, and Taro Ice Slush. Great sweetness, great boba, great tea. The best part was the price! It was so inexpensive especially in comparison to other shops who would literally charge you double the price. Highly recommend.“

“Giving this a 5 star rating all around although the guy at the register wasn’t necessarily the friendliest however I can admit he seemed like a hard worker, he was at the register then the back making our order so it’s ok. Everyone there seemed to be having an amazing time hanging out. My husband and I were just in the area and decided to check out the nearest boba place and I’m glad we landed here (wink), hubby got a Thai tea, I know he’s so basic lol and I got the pink peach tea both with boba. I would definitely order my drink again, so delicious. We also got the honeydew yogurt squares and omggg I def recommend them I wish I would have gotten atleast another flavor to try.“

Son ordered an iced banana latte (sorry, can't remember the exact name of the drink), and he thought it was great, and he is incredibly picky when it comes to coffee. “What an absolute gem of a find! I visited for the first time today—and to my absolute delight, just five minutes from my home, I found a real maritozzo con panna that transported me straight back to Rome! You have no idea how happy this made me.
If I could, I’d give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars! If I may humbly offer one tiny, respectful suggestion from a passionate Roman heart: try making the cream (la panna) completely unsweetened. In Rome, we keep the whipped cream unsweetened because the light dusting of powdered sugar on top and the soft, sweet brioche bun already provide the perfect amount of sweetness.
At first glance, unsweetened cream might feel like it's missing something, but I promise you, it creates such a delicious balance that people will end up ordering two! Back home, I can easily polish off two in one sitting, whereas here I was full after one just from the extra sugar rush. (And you will save money on the sugar saved !)

“Love how I can go for a walk before/after the coffee since it’s attached to the walkway. There are plenty of sitting area outdoor.

My personal downsides are that (1) their indoor tables/chairs are so short so I cannot properly get any work done. (2) they dont have a charging station. They have one plug by the entrance but that doesnt work. So inconvenient.“

“I’m not sure how this place hasn’t received 5 stars in every review?! I had the goats cheese baguette with fig butter and prosciutto and my hubby had the roast chicken. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of closing on a Thursday and despite the fact they looked to be clearing up we were welcomed warmly and enjoyed the BEST sandwiches we’ve had! “Stopped by on my way to work for my first visit, and I’m officially hooked! Found easy street parking right out front and ordered using the kiosk inside. It has a small interior and there were a few customers inside, however the worker was very quick with all our orders! I got a tiramisu iced latte, a matcha pastry, and a ham & cheese croissant sandwich, all three for just $8! You can’t beat that price point, especially given the quality. The coffee had a distinct tiramisu flavor, the pastry was perfectly balanced, and the sandwich was warm and crispy. Definitely going back!“

“Lil' East is the best! Great coffee and matcha! Love the mocha and cereal milk matcha. The syrups/sauces are made in house. Not a monin bottle in sight so you know you're in good hands. They sell products from other small businesses. Lots of plants and simple stools to sit on to enjoy your coffee. Support small businesses! 👏 This is one of the good ones.“
