“I enjoy coming here when my partner and I can't agree one something. I wish the seating was more comfortable and the less cramped together but there usually is somewhere to sit. The cleaning staff is always quick to clear tables and manage trash and dishes. Even at its busiest there is usually plenty of parking.“

“If you're in LA or the SGV and you haven't tried this coffee shop, you're definitely missing out.

I did try a few of their drinks but one in particular stood out. Starting with the bayberry jasmine, this is perfect for if you do not have a sweet tooth, and the bayberry adds a refreshing tart taste.

And this was the first place I've seen do a pear matcha combo, and after trying it, it really works. Definitely recommend if you haven't tried it before.

But my favorite has to be the Kyoho grape lemon tea. It's made with those big juicy Asian grapes, and it's SO delicious. This drink is genuinely a 10/10.

“I had the Spanish latte hot w whole milk. Really enjoyed it. Smooth and flavorful. Will ask for it extra hot next time. Son ordered an iced banana latte (sorry, can't remember the exact name of the drink), and he thought it was great, and he is incredibly picky when it comes to coffee. Also tried their ham and cheese croissant extra toasted. Flaky, fresh and yum. A big win for STCL!“

“Recommended by my partner during our date on a hot day, this boba shop is located in the back of a plaza in SGV, although a moderate size parking lot, it can fill out pretty quickly. The shop is small with no tables, only benches inside & outside, it could get pretty cramped in the shop since it was pretty busy when we arrived.

It's always nice to have a boba shop that has kiosk ordering & ordering via register. They have plentiful of menu options including specialties in oolong teas. Cups are a huge factor for me when reviewing drink shops and Chun Yang Tea is definitely on the higher quality side of cups. They're sturdy, cute design, and no spills.

My partner and I waited about 15 minutes for our drink during peak hours which is pretty quick. Highly recommend to order online ahead of time to skip waiting times.“

“This place was great! 👍🏼 it’s a family owned shop where a husband and wife run the shop. They were so patient, kind and helpful. They even opened 10 minutes early for us because we didn’t realize they weren’t open yet. They made 3 bobas in under 5 minutes and they were PERFECT. We got Sour Plum (green) Tea, Kumquat (green) Tea, and Taro Ice Slush. Great sweetness, great boba, great tea. The best part was the price! It was so inexpensive especially in comparison to other shops who would literally charge you double the price. Highly recommend.“

“Absolutely worth the visit! Browned has some of the best pastries I’ve had in SGV. The puffs are light, crispy, and not overly sweet. My favorites were the Oolong tea, Salted Egg Yolk Taro, and Dark Chocolate flavors. We also loved the Rose Lychee Raspberry Croissant and the Kimchi Runny Egg Croissant，the sweet and savory combination was so unique. Everything tasted fresh and beautifully made. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!“

“My husband and I were visiting the area and we really wanted donuts. We got the cinnamon roll donut, a classic chocolate glazed, and an apple fritter. We paid $7 total. cake for same day pickup. the worker was extremely nice on the phone and when we arrived at the bakery. we ordered a black sesame cake for the new year and it was so delicious and came with a cake topper! not too sweet and the sesame taste was nutty and fragrant! would definitely order again! my family really enjoyed it :)“

“The workers are friendly and very efficient. I was there when they were busy with a lot of to-go orders and my order still came out in a good amount of time. Seasoning needs a touch more salt, but otherwise doesn't really break it. The food, though mostly fried options, are drained enough that it's not heavy covered in grease like most places.“

“It may not be the most Instagram worthy location but it is great. The food might not look pretty but you're getting good food. Too many places try too hard to look pretty, this place isn't messing around, you point and move on. Simple and fast, but the quantity and quality is there. You will be getting good food and a large portion.

Vegetarian options: If you don't know what it is, I hope you brought someone versed in Mandarin or familiar with Chinese food.

Dietary restrictions: If you don't know what you're doing or eating, good luck. Order your food or the next person is up.

Parking: Tiny parking lot, you can also park in the street.

Kid-friendliness: If they're okay with spices

“Felt like I’d stepped into a time capsule when I walked in and got a large cup of boba milk tea for 2.99. Those are 2010 prices in 2026!! The drink itself was simple and not anything outstanding or gimmicky like those overpriced fancy boba drinks you might find elsewhere nowadays. But for 3 dollars, it was simple and tasted like childhood.

The store looks quite old and many of the displays are weathered, but I didn’t mind it a bit because it felt extremely nostalgic to me. The man who rang me up was also very friendly and I wish him all the best.“

Starbucks (est 1971) is a coffee shop franchise located at the Hilton hotel in SGV. This location is very spacious with relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Moreover, they do not accept the Starbucks app payment but can get star points.

I came on a sunny warm Friday midafternoon and was warmly greeted by a young female staff. I got an Iced Coffee and Chocolate Croissant. And they were Starbucks good.😅lol. Plenty of parking in the hotel lot.

“Ok my first time was awful bc I got a bad drink and I didnt not pre-order. 3cat is geniunely amazing but theres rules to get a good drink.

First dont get boba. Dont know why they never do boba good. Theres other amazing toppings like the mochi that I would personally choose.

Second always ALWAYS order online. Waits up to an hour sometimes and its important to order online so you can just go in and pick up. Everyone else also orders online too.
