“Lots of seating, great atmosphere, everyone was nice and the water station they have set up is much appreciated. The portions are just right, so you won't leave hungry. Love the coffee options. Very family friendly. We had a party of 10 and they did a fabulous job putting out the food, great staff. Unfortunately, the parking situation is bad. We drove around for about 25 minutes to find a place to park. Absolutely worth it though!

“Let me just say I recently discovered this secret little gem. I enjoyed the mushroom coffee drink. I felt great after I drank it. I also ordered another café late and it was good too. It's at a gas station in north Pasadena in the back. The owner is a delight and excited to talk about his coffee. He is a coffee afficionado for sure. I will be back.“

“I ordered an iced pumpkin latte with almond milk and my husband went with an iced blueberry with hemp milk. Both were absolutely delicious. Not overwhelmingly sweet which was nice. “I am not a fan of boba but there are a few places that can change me. Boba ChaCha is one of them. I think the key feature is the boba itself. The bubbles need to be well flavored, soft and chewy, not hard and rubber-like. Boba ChaCha knows how to make this right! Another drink that amazes me is the Milo drink. Of course it is sweet but it is so thick and densely satisfying. I come to learn the story of the shop and I was floored by how hard working and the positive thinking the owner is. So I am so happy to enjoy food and support her business as well. Please come and enjoy!“

“Guys I literally thought some of the photos must be fake... they're not. I got exquisite latte art (good coffee too!), beautiful plates of delicious food. I have no idea why this place only has 88 reviews, but the 4.8 stars is accurate! On top of that, it's a very cute location. Please try out Old Town Caffe!

“I have been here several times over the past few months, and have never been disappointed. The coffee is consistently good, and their cookie with seeds is delicious. I have also made espresso at home with their coffee beans, which are always freshly roasted.“

“L&H is a cute lil coffee shop right around the corner from my job. The staff is THE MOST ABSOLUTE BEST OF LITERALLY ALL TIME! They all remember my name, ask me about my life, and embarassingly, remember my regular drinks because I am there far too often. They treat everyone with extreme kindness, and hold it down even on busy days. As someone who has worked in the food industry for a loonnngg time, I know how challenging it is to keep your composure when you're tired, the store is busy, and customers are treating you like you're not doing them an AMAZING service by whipping up their daily dose of caffeine. Every person at L&H is patient and lovely. The food and pastries are also excellent- the chai oatmeal cookie sandwich is my kryptonite. Go, and enjoy :)

“Based on the taste of their coffee and pastry. Although the pastry was this or that at noon; it was tasty. But, the other side of the coin was not so great. Service and interaction were stuck in a black hole somewhere. Stay off your phones! Please ?
As I mentioned before, "the coffee tastes great," but it was a big disappointment at the end of the cup. I may be allergic to coffee, but regardless, nobody wants to see or drink grinds in their coffee.

“This is to compliment the staff at this Starbucks. Especially towards their supervisor Monica.
I had ordered a drink using the Starbucks app with their coupon for a half price beverage (thank you btw). My drink was waiting for me.
While I was there, arrived a gentleman who demanded that they refund him the difference for his drink, because for someone reason he felt entitled to the special price at 6:20pm.
Bottom line for this review.
I want to write about the great customer service. In retail, finding people to smile and enjoy coming to work is difficult. This starbucks is lucky to have the staff that it does (and I forgot to ask the other young lady's name, she was wonderful). Just remember, these people come to work with their best intentions. Don't be a jerk and blame them when you can't follow directions and don't get your way.

“i usually dont leave reviews but omg this place is the BEST! ive been coming here for years and the quality and taste has always been top tier. the portions too are pretty big too so you really get a bang for your buck. also the atmosphere is amazing. great place to study with a lot of seating. one of my favorite places to eat in la but then again i may be a little biased because of great memories with family there ^_^ their food is amazing, my favorites are their pad thai, house fried rice, eggplant tofu fry and pad see ew
the cashiers/baristas are super sweet people !!
the only thing thats not great is if its a rlly hot day you should probably just order take out bc they keep the windows and doors wide open so if its hot out itll only be slightly less hot in there lol

It’s in the lobby of the building that houses WeWork, so convenient if you are on your way there. The bathroom situation is not pleasant because one bathroom. Many customers in the store made it cramped because it's a small store. Maybe the displays should have been moved for the crowd. Other than that, my Chai tea latte was on point and was tasty.“

“I simply did not like the seating in this Starbucks. I wanted to sit inside, but all they had inside were stools. I do not sit well on stools so I had to go outside where the high's were going to be in the 90's. I went to another Starbucks instead which had chairs and tables inside.“
