The most creative tasty, beautifully served pastries. Christine is the owner, a very talented graphic/product designer, who creates tasty Gourmet Sandwiches, best Expresso coffee, with fabulous Quiches, her Brioche is very moist and tasty!!! Her bakery reminds me of a fine Viennese Café. I lived in Salzburg and Vienna for 7 years, so I know of what I speak. E Felsööry

Berry Opera, also known as Oui Berry in Pasadena, is a lovely find with pastries, cakes, and sweets that are beautiful and delicious, looking like part of a photo shoot. The coffee is great, and the owner is very nice. Once someone tries any of their desserts, there is no going back. Each layer is coherent and delicate balanced, as if telling a story. They have excellent macarons and all the little patisserie and pastries. Super yummy individual cakes use high quality ingredients. Birthday cakes with custom designs are available. The owner was trained in Paris. It is a mom-and-pop locally owned shop with a great selection of individual and to-share desserts that are to die for. Best cake in LA.
