I was disappointed with my visit to Alfred Coffee at this location. The service wasn’t welcoming, and the coffee didn’t meet the quality I’ve come to expect from other Alfred locations. I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere, so this visit was a letdown. I hope they improve both the customer service and the consistency of their coffee.

The staff is generally helpful and energetic, making the experience enjoyable. However, items tend to sell out quickly, so it's best to order promptly. While the coffee can be hit or miss depending on the barista, it's still a great place to grab a light snack and a unique coffee blend. The area, Old Pasadena, adds to the appeal, making it a nice spot to visit.
