“Plenty of places to sit inside. I don’t think I’ve been there and had to wait more than 5 minutes. The ladies are always nice. The French toast and menudo are worth the visit. They have a couple tvs and coffee comes around often enough or you just ask. They have flavored creamer for your coffee which is a plus. This is a regular when I’m in the area.“

Passionfruit green tea was perfect for the hot weather! So cute inside too! It's a smaller space and a one man show. Everything is made fresh so please be patient - it's worth the wait! “El Monte doesn’t have too many good boba spots, but Ono Tea House is a decent option. Prices here are a little lower than most places, which is nice.

The tea itself is just okay — not super strong — and the drinks can lean on the sweeter side. I usually order mine with 1/4 sugar since I don’t like them too sweet.

Overall, it’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for, but if you’re in El Monte and really craving boba, it does the job.“

“It was late Friday night and I was craving a donut. SK Donuts was close by and I stopped in. I bought my favorite chocolate covered custard donut and it was fabulous! So much creamy custard inside and the donut was soft and tasty. I will go back to SK Donuts and try some different types.“

“This place has a great selections of donuts and some pan dulce and they serve cafe de olla as well! Depending on the time you go in the morning there could be a little of a wait since all the early bird gardeners and blue collar workers come here to get their morning fix. Very efficient staff who are pretty friendly and take pride in their work.“

“I appreciate this place. It’s tricky to drive and park here so keep that in mind. The only way to enter the plaza is going north on Peck Road or east on Ramona. The staff here is overall very professional and wonderful. The quality of their drinks and bakery items is great too. I like their muffins, coffee, espresso and lavender latte. Look forward to trying more items.

Updated: Their strawberry matcha latte and horchata latte are amazing today, paired with their wonderful customer service. I look forward to trying their banana one some time. Their matcha horchata and strawberry mango Fresca are good too.

I ordered a lavender foam matcha and the barista made it out to how the photos look on the ad vs other locations that barely put any of the foam. Thank you for the great customer service!“
