“Saw that they were running a promotion for 4 regular sized drinks for $16.50, so I stopped by since I haven't gotten 7 leaves in a long time. This location has a drive through and a dine-in, but the dine-in area looks small.

We didn't want to park so we ordered through the drive through. We got the Mungbean Milk Tea, Sea Salt Jasmine Tea, and the House Coffee. The drinks didn't take long to be ready and the entire drive through process went smoothly. The employees were also friendly and provided good service.

The mung bean milk tea was a bit too sweet for my taste even though I already asked for easy sweet. It still tasted sweet after the ice melted. I don't think I like this drink much anymore. For the sea salt jasmine tea, that was good since the sea salt foam goes well with the tea. The house coffee was just okay since my sister who ordered it isn't a super big fan of coffee.

I think this is a decent drink spot but their menu is a bit limited with not many options. I would rather visit a boba shop that is closer since I'm not really into the drinks here.“

“A cozy private owned boba shop with a variety of drink options. Tried Haicha High Mountain tea (cold) and Haicha milk tea with boba (cold). Both tea tastes flagrant and sweet even though there was no sugar added! The shop owner is very friendly. He doesn’t push for you to try anything additional. “I stopped by Yin Yang Tea today for a Spam Wrap, and as always, it was delicious! Their teas are amazing, and the boba is always fresh—hands down some of the best around.

I also want to give a special shoutout to the owner. I see her almost every morning with her two little babies, and I truly admire her dedication and work ethic. Running a business is challenging on its own, and doing it while caring for two young children is incredible. She always greets customers with kindness and keeps the quality of her drinks and food consistent.

“I had a Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea with no ice and level 1 (of 5) sweetness. I really enjoy freshly brewed milk tea (freshly brewed after order is placed) compared to milk tea prepared with tea that was brewed well in advance, had been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long, and used only after the order is placed. This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

They have a small storefront with only two or three tables so it's more of a grab and go boba store.

It's always nice to have a boba shop that has kiosk ordering & ordering via register. They have plentiful of menu options including specialties in oolong teas. Their menu design is pretty big but not too big. They put a drink cup logo next to the drink options that are popular and my favorites go to the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea which happens to be one of their most popular drinks as well. It is a small place for a boba shop but it is a pretty good place to chill when the place is not crowded. The servers are very nice and patient when you are ordering your drinks. The place in general are clean, even with the restroom.
