Stopped by to grab some drinks after a short day of work! Just wanna give a shout out to the girl with the butterfly tattoo cause she was super sweet. I don't normally go to 7 Leaves, so I wasn't sure how to redeem my points, but she helped me out a lot. I ordered four drinks and three macaroons. This is my go-to 7 Leaves since the Alhambra one tends to be busy. The service was always great. The workers are always smiling and generally have great energy. I've never found myself waiting longer than 3 minutes even at peak hours. The drinks themselves aren't mind-blowing, but still very solid compared to other boba shops in the 626 area. I gotta say out of all 7 leaves, the El Monte location is the best in customer service and in general. Usually, I do online or in person. I don't really stay at the location, but overall, it always looks and feels like a clean, relaxing environment. And they're manager, which I don't remember his name he is a young Hispanic male, doing a great job. Makes sure there is good customer service and satisfaction, which is a plus.
