Birrieria Calvillo Aguascalientes offers delicious and flavorful birria, cooked in the style of Aguascalientes. The restaurant has a friendly and attentive staff, who make customers feel welcome. The portions are generous, and they also offer smaller sizes. While they only accept cash, their prices are reasonable. There is ample parking available behind the restaurant. The tortillas are acceptable, but some may wish for better ones. Overall, it is a great place to visit and highly recommended.
