“Came here on a whim with my daughter. So glad we did. Food is amazing staff is great. Medudo was so good. Reminds me of eating at my grandma's table. My daughter loved her asada burrito too. The aguas frescas are soo good they are full of flavor and not watered down like other places I've been to. This place definately does not disappoint. Cute little restaurant. Definitely recommend 100%. As a Mexican I am very picky and find it hard to find good mexican food while I am out and about. Will definitely come back and bring others with me.“

“This place is great if you're in the mood for some menudo. The ingredients are all prepared separately, which is great if you don't like all the ingredients like pata and hominy. The con however is the tripe does not get the opportunity to develop flavor from the broth nor the broth from the other ingredients. The broth on its own is well seasoned with great flavor so it doesn't fall short, but it is missing the depth of flavor. On the pro side the broth is clean without any grease, and you can oder it to your liking.“

“This is a wonderful way to cater a fun party! The caterers arrive and set up their grill/fry station, sides, etc. We had them use a side patio which worked out great. “I dug this genuine tiny little spot in El Monte.The hospitality was all love. The place is soooooo small you have to share a tsbel with strangers which makes for new conversations & dialect.The 3 women that were there doing everything communicated with each other like my Tia's & cousins did back in the day. They made the most of everything they did with love & happiness. Is it the best, by far but is sure did make my heart warm my soul happy and my stomach full. I had the flautas con Pappas( flour tortillas deep fried with mashed potatos?), fully dressed.Everyone else there had steak picado which made me want to go back and see why, and I definitely will.“

“As a certified fat guy I can verify that the asada fries are pretty good. I’ve tried the Albert’s , Alfredo’s , Alberto’s etc but Franco’s has been consistently giving good asada fries. I think it’s worth the 16 bucks.“

The restaurant is a bit old but look past that and enjoy the food and service...the lady server and i believe her husband is the chef but both are very attentive. “What I Appreciate about Tacos Los Betos is that it has completive pricing/affordability. If looking at how much to spend a day on takeout as a Uber driver it adds up; place like this helps bring eat out cost down. Cheese Carne Asada Tacos are decent usually tasting fresh. Never had my order be incorrect and numerous ladies who serve service are quiet with good service. The area is okay, parking is small. The only thing I wished this place do differently is not package the Tacos in Aluminum foil instead paper plates or plastic wrap for personal health reasons, but it's a minor health personal thing-most people don't pay attention to. Other than that I recommend this place. Have 2 days of week lower their tacos prices for more traffic in and I'll try Breakfast dishes one these days. Asada Nachos looks bomb too!“
