“First time using the drive-thru at this location, and I just have to shoutout Erwin! He handled my somewhat complicated order with a great attitude. He was attentive, respectful and genuinely friendly the whole time. Service like this is rare these days (and I say that as someone who works in CX in the corporate world). He absolutely deserves a raise or promotion, and all the recognition.“
