Great experience at El Pollo Loco! The food was great, the service was quick, and Twee was so kind and friendly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!
Amazing food. The chips are better than other el pollo loco locations (more salt). Good deals and generous with salsa

El Pollo Loco offers fast and unique service with amazing grilled fresh chicken. Customers appreciate the kind staff and the professionalism of the manager. The food is always good, fresh, and tasty, making it a favorite spot for many loyal customers. Some customers have noted long wait times during lunch hours due to limited registers, and limited seating is sometimes an issue, with lines out the door, which shows how popular it is. Despite this, the overall experience at El Pollo Loco remains positive, with excellent service and delicious food keeping customers coming back for more. Many have shared their love for the double chicken tostada salad, which is always a great choice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even when things get busy, they go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
