“This Chick-Fil-A has consistently been the best in the area. It’s constantly busy, but the service is still efficient. I also have to commend the fact that the Operator here was sweeping the dining room area, just like any other employee. Seeing that from the leader is exceedingly commendable.“
“I have been eating at this location (Monterey Park) for the last twenty years. The staff has always been kind and receptive. Over the last few years, the management of this location has improved immensely I am specifically referring to Lupe the Manager. She is always kind, receptive and professional in her approach. The service has always been excellent. When dining in the staff has kept the dining area clean. The food is always good fresh and tasty!! I have never experienced any hostile service by any individual working at this location. I have witnessed various staff members resolve any issues with hostile customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. I will continue to eat at this establishment for the great food and service. Thank You Brad Pitt jr.“
“If I could give the service a 10000/5 I would. The entire staff was AMAZING. Attentive, thoughtful and all around kind guys. The chicken tenders and the comeback sauce were so flippen delicious! If you are nearby, this is a MUST STOP destination.“
“The Best Hot Chicken in SoCal... Chicken sandwiches are the best here, along with all of their sides. The staff is extremely friendly and super energetic. They need to open a spot in the Inland Empire please! 3 hour wait line here can be worth it.“
“My husband is from India, so we have eaten a lot of flavorful foods. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We ordered the five taco plate and sides of corn, mom‘s beans, the vegetarian beans, potatoes with chorizo, corn, and rice. We also tried the coconut rose milk lime drink, and the cucumber salad . My husband, especially like the jeera chicken and corn. I loved the Carne Asada and goat tacos. The green sauce is fabulous. The fresh house made corn tortillas also really take the tacos to the next level. We really enjoyed our meal here. Kudos to the owners for taking such an interesting fusion risk and executing it well.“
“As someone who takes great pride in the love of fine food, I have to say: This little restaurant is absolutely amazing. This is possibly the best meal I have had in years ( and that is really saying a lot). Each course was a beautiful dance. Each dish had their own very distinct personality, yet the transition between dishes was absolutely harmonious. The staff was fantastic to deal with, informative, personable, and truly enjoyed being there that moment, doing what they do. Get a table now, while they are still available. You won’t be sorry.“
“Omg, i don't care where you've had asada fries from because this place is hands down another level of flavor. It's my first time here and I had the lomo saltado fries and an Inca cola and i have nothing but great things to say about the flavors that are throughout the whole plate, the steak in the fries was super high quality and tender as can be. 10 out 0f 10 for this place. You must try.“
“(non edited photos) I didn't get her name but the person working today (alone) was really sweet and I hope she got tipped well. I definitely recommend this spot. I would say it's better than in and out. The spices and sauces are top tier very good. It's a small spot that has a lot of delivery options, take out, as well as a small space to dine in. They write which combo you got on the containers which is helpful. PLEASE NOTE. The drinks are not apart of the combo!! And Cajun fries (they are better) are an extra fee of $1. (Drinks are $2) they will exclude certain things if you don't want it on your burger! Which is very nice. Apple/Google pay is accepted here.Parking: It's a large parking lot for a shopping center (not that big of a shopping center it has a grocery store a few restaurants and a CVS)“
“This place was amazing. We came it with a group of 10, and we got set up with a table right away. They got our orders quickly, and then appetizers and food came out just as quick. However, the food was probably the best Korean fried chicken I have had in a long time. The sauce flavors were delicious, chicken was crunchy. Definitely have to try Korean BBQ , Lemon Pepper (dry), and the Sweet Chili Wings. Even the Bulgogi Pizza was great. Great little hole in the wall spot. Will have to come backWheelchair accessibility: It's a dive in location off the strip of the downtown location. Entrance is level with sidewalk, so wheelchair can roll right it, and there are a couple tables that can be set up with wheelchair seating. I can not vouch for the restroom as I did not check.“
“The chicken burger was very tender and juicy. loved the pineapple set it apart from the other chicken burgers. Restaurant is super clean and organized and great service. wings and fries were a bit to crispy/dry to my liking. The Jojo fries were perfect and onion rings. Also got a complimentary drink for being there anniversary. Definitely coming back.“
“I love montys. They have great meals and meal boxes and shakes. I finally got their burger and personally I'd highly recommend their chicken instead because I feel like I've had better vegan burgers but they gave me a very generous portion of fries. Service is nice and there is decent seating. Parking is street parking.“
“My friends and I had lunch this afternoon for the first time at his establishment. The food was delicious. We recommend the different saltado dishes as well as the tallarin Verde con pollo. The atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the outdoor patio as seating was comfortable bench style with shade covers plus a large screen TV. The music was good yet it was not to loud. The establishment has its own parking.I'll definitely come back to try the different dishes.“
“We came here a year ago and live 2 hours away we absolutely loved this wings hands down the best we have ever had and we love wings today we stopped after going to Disneyland we couldn't forget this place ❤️ Ronnie is so nice come down and try them once you will come back!Kid-friendliness: Ronnie is so friendly makes you feel welcome no matter what“
“This unassuming restaurant in the entrance of a supermarket is a hidden gem. Found it looking for Bo Luc Lac in the LA area and found it via Instagram review than made me want to drive all the way from Long Beach and I was not disappointed, as they serve one of the better Luc Lac, tender and well balanced on sauce and pepper. Their medium is more well done than medium so adapt your request based on that. The rest of the dishes are also very well executed, fresh and flavorful. The service is efficient and friendly while attentive.Well worth a trip if you Are not close, you will not be disappointed.Parking: Parking is busy“
“I like the food here, but the attitude of the main guy behind the counter? I don’t understand- Bruh…you are running a restaurant, and while food is important there is a reason why every food review platform in the universe has a rating category entitled service. If you can’t be the least bit courteous than take park your grumpy self in the back where customers don’t have to worry about offending you by placing an order and providing you with their credit card.“
“First time coming here and despite a small mistake on my order, Aldo who attended me as cashier went out of his way to make it right!. There was a young lady working the back kitchen area who also went above and beyond to make sure my party had a great experience overall. I enjoyed the food, taste was on point, ordered a variety of items such as wings, egg n bird sandwich, grilled chicken avocado bowl, Mac salad, and banana dessert. Definitely coming back, staff was professional, and friendly.“
“This place is pretty good as far as hot chicken goes. It's not the best but it's decent, I've ordered from here plenty of times. But Rays is still at the top. They don't really have much of a space for sitting in and dining. So if you want to eat you need to go down one of the nearby alleyways and sit at the tables there.“
“Smells good but WARNING - if you don’t have 25 minutes to wait for a chicken sandwich you are better off going elsewhere. They should really have a warning on the door that says Nashville Chicken and your grandmas speed.UPDATE: 100% worth the wait tho. So idk, guess I’ll order ahead next time! So damn good.“
“We live in Idaho and always make a point to stop here when we come to visit! Chicken is cooked perfectly and the flavor combinations are incredible. On top of the amazing food, the employees are always so nice and eager to make sure you enjoy every bite.10/10!“
“Hands down the best fried chicken in allof LA. And given all of the amazing choices, this is a very serious title. I prefer the 3 piece chicken, but the sandwiches and sides are bomb too. Quality, texture, taste, flavor and execution cannot be beat! Crispy, juicy, tender and bursting con sabor! I absolutely love Lucky Bird and crave it regularly. Don’t miss out!“
“Great place for a fried chicken sandwich. I always take it to go, but there is outside (covered) seating if you want to eat there. Their menu is posted on the main window, which is really convenient, but I would REALLY like to be able to see the cashier - they have to stoop to see out, making it awkward for both of us.“
“My experience at Dave's hot chicken was good. The staff are extremely friendly and social and the atmosphere is warm and exiting with amazing outdoor seating. Me and my peer got a soft drink, fries, tenders, and a chicken slider all of them extra spicy. Extra spicy is like a 7/10 for me (my spice tolerance is kinda mid but better than the average). The fries and chicken were crunchy but the food is quite greasy. Chicken is heavily seasoned. We went finished the food at around 1 pm and our stomachs started hurting. Its 10:35 PM right now and my stomach still hurted. Both had an irritated stomachand I had to take medicine for the pain to go away. Overall, would reccomend to people that can take the spice and are enjoyers of heavily seasoned and greasy foods. However, people who cannot tolerate spice, grease, and HEAAAVILY seasons foods should not come here. Praying for anyone who's stomach gets upset by this chicken ????“
“I did not really eat Korean food during my 2 weeks in Japan, so I was craving Korean food. I've known of the bb.q Chicken chain for a while now, and I saw they had a branch in Alhambra. I cannot eat a ton of fried chicken on my own, but I saw that this restaurant had other dishes as well. I decided to come here and give bb.q Chicken a try. They had a free soda with Yelp check in. My wife got a diet coke, and I ordered water. The restaurant gives complimentary pickled radishes. The staff are very nice and friendly. My wife ordered the tteokbokki, whereas I got the kimchi fried rice. I was torn between the fried rice and the bulgogi poutine, but I also knew I wanted rice, so I got the kimchi fried rice. My wife and I shared our dishes. The tteokbokki was good, sweet and spicy. The rice cakes were a nice texture. The kimchi fried rice was also solid, but a bit spicy for me.Given how close it is to me, I will definitely come back in the future to try their fried chicken.“
“Gareth was the best representative of Dave’s Hot Chicken, he answered all questions and did it with a smile. First time eating here and it was amazing, hot, fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere with great music! We will be back several times ?“
“Excellent Japanese style chicken shop. I've spent time in Japan and this is legit food. Plenty of extra sauces and sides available for those so inclined and overall very niche place in heart of DTLA right next to Whole Foods. Recommend.“
“Chicken is delicious, and the sides are very good portion. The parking, however, is a nightmare. Also, the place needs renovating. The inside seating area area looks run down and old. However their food is very good and for that reason this place is a must visit.“
“After losing the 50/50 twice during the HSR collab, I drove here in the hopes that I could guarantee the ticket I wanted. I'm so glad I did.The people here are really nice and the building is clean with a nice atmosphere. There's even a little parking out back. The food, of course, is excellent (Signature sauce gang)“
“Amazing consistent food. I have been going for 2 years, and the spicy chicken breading and quality have not been diluted post pandemic. The only issue with this location is the seating area, and the front door needs to be fixed as it locks open and lets in the freeway smells. I recommend the spicy chicken with the mac and cheese. There are new options, including noodles.Parking: You can park withing view of your vehicle.“
“Ordered 2 whole chickens with 4 sides and a large salad with ranch. Tortillas included. Asked for all the salsas, which is 3 different types. Each chicken was cut and put in a container. We got two large rice, 1 beans and 1 coleslaw. Overall, the chicken was tasty and juicy. Btw, you can see the chicken being roasted via wood logs and not gas burners, which added flavor. The rice, beans, and tortillas were on point. The salsas were good. I never got to the salad, but it was your standard iceberg lettuce. All that fed 5 adults and 4 kids with leftovers. I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back when I have a rotisserie chicken kick and need to feed the entire family for well under a Ben.“
“Now these are tacos Al vapor. If you know Al vapor tacos then this place should be on your taco list. The birria tacos are solid as well. Just discovered this hidden gem. They open at 7 am that's a plus for my book. I'm yet to try the other items on the menu. ?? Solid Tacos!!!“
“Flavor. It’s one of those places you go for an easy delicious meal. No bathroom, no amenities; only incredibly authentic Nashville chicken. Humble family owned business. Their daughter has been there with them since she was 2. They came from Armenia to America to follow the dream. Seems they have accomplished it. With another store, actually brick and mortar restaurant and a third undisclosed location coming to LA plus both restaurants have 5 stars. Come on. The best.Kid-friendliness: Kids love chicken tenders.“
“The Social media hype is real. I wandered into grand central market after a grand adventure around DTLA and saw the huge sign. I had to try it to see what all the noise was about on Tik Tok and IG. Service was extremely quick. The girl running cash was pretty nice. The menu was simple and to the point. You start at the plain burger with cheese, pickles, and sauce and can add extras for more. The size was really small but pretty tasty. There were also no combos on the menu so everything was individually priced. They were also sold out of the popular Brussels sprout so early in the day which sucks because that was something that I wanted to try. Overall it was good but I wouldn't go back again based on price and portion size.“
“If you’re looking for one of the best chicken eateries in LA, look no further. Rockbird offers chicken that once you’ve tried, it won’t be enough even though it’s massive. The chicken is moist and juicy. The flavor is savoring. Start with the chicken tenders and work your way through the menu. You wont be disappointed“
“As someone from Osaka, I can confirm this is a Japanese restaurant with home style dishes and legit kushikatsu (of which is a bit lighter due to less batter and more panko crusted instead). We went on Valentine's Day for a special meal and it was packed. Service may be a bit more relaxed than one may be used to, so please be patient and enjoy the thoughtful hospitality and cuisine. Their unagi yanagawa (simmered eel with strips of burdock root covered in egg) was very comforting and tasty. Thank you for the delightful and memorable meal.“
“Oh my God, you guys! It's like Aziz Ansari once said, 'Treat yo' self!' And that's exactly what I do at 818 - the late-night savior of my hunger pangs! Picture this: it's 10 PM in Glendale, and everything else is snoozing, but not 818, oh no! They're like the Batman of restaurants, always there when you need them. Their chicken? It's like a high-five in your mouth! Crispy, juicy, and totally kosher – it's like they're frying up happiness. And the staff? Superheroes in aprons, I tell you! They guide you through the menu like a tasty treasure map, helping you discover culinary gold. Hungry for a pressed chicken sandwich with a twist? They've got you covered. Craving their signature chicken sandwich with that crunchy coleslaw and tangy pickles? Boom, your taste buds are in for a party! This place isn't just a restaurant, it's my culinary soulmate. Always open, always awesome. So, go on, treat yo' self and check them out!“
“I hadn't been to Dinahs in a while but decided to grab dinner from here the other night. It just happened to be their 57th anniversary - which they were celebrating by giving away free breakfast, which I didn't even know the served there. Congratulations to them! But I digress.... the family dinner I ordered was so good. Comes with 10 pcs chicken, 2 sides, and rolls. All of it was fresh, hot, and tasty. Best fried chicken around perfect coating. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I took it to go so I can't say much about the atmosphere. The lobby looks cool.. a little old fashioned, but I expect that from an almost 60 year old place...vintage-y . Just go. It's a staple for fried chicken, which i dont have all the , also I Don't live with regrets and this is worth it!“
“If you find yourself in the San Gabriel area, be sure to visit Hey Chicken. Their fried chicken is crispy, tasty, and will leave you craving more. And don't miss out on their black chicken! Initially, we thought it might be overcooked, but the perfectly cooked crunchiness sets this dish apart.“
“Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Bought a couple pounds of chicken luleh meat. Cooked it up tonight to try. It was the BEST I have found! Moist, flavorful and had very little grease.Very nice guy at the counter. Definitely five stars!“
“Great service, great food. The server who got my online order was so kind and nice, told me every detail while calling. I think her name is Janice L. I want to appreciate her professional manner and kindness.Parking: Finding a free parking space right in front of the restaurant is very hard, especially during dinner time.“
“I was craving some rotisserie chicken with beans and rice. This place just looked like it would hit and it did not disappoint. My only regret is that I did not bring cash with me so I couldn't leave a tip. I'll just have to double my tip next time I stop by. Give this place a try. The parking is a bit tough, but it's worth it. Oh, and get the papas horneadas.“
“Great selection of prime meats, fish, and poultry. The deli has some tasty salads and goodies as well. Market looks well kept and clean. Service is also a plus.Replying to comment. I saw the bakery in the front of the store but was afraid to go closer. Will definitely shop there again and give myself plenty of time to go up and down the isles. Kudos to you and your team!“
“Was Staying in San Gabriel in last October for vacation. We went to universal studios nun to eat there once we left we didn’t really want to drive so we chose the closes option in San Gabriel was this got the chicken sandwich meal it was literally the best chicken sandwich I ever eaten I was crying with joy it was the best food I ever ate made us go back to there in our last stay in California I got the burger the best thing I eaten along with the wings this restaurant is the best and delicious thing I ever eaten… I forgot to post this last year in October“
“Ok you guys have to try this food! I was so full and I wanted to keep eating lol. The customer service was great I wish I could've gotten the young woman's name on the front. She was super helpful and also let us taste test some fries which most places don't do. The place was super clean and you're also able to eat outside which has a cool view and a vibe to it. Definitely going again and highly recommended!!!!“
“I think this might be one of the most underrated chicken, fast food areas this completely surpassed, in Terms of flavor, quality and quantity. I would definitely say that this is better than canes and even a near restaurant by the name of legends, hot chicken I will definitely come here a lot more and the service was amazing kind, quick and polite.“
“Dined in at 2pm on a Friday and there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. I was greeted by the worker at the register. She asked if I was dining in or take out and I told her "dine in." I was seated and given the menu, plates, utensils, and even pickled radish right away. I took some time to study the menu and both workers checked in to see if I wanted any recommendations. One of the guys was very knowledgeable about the wing sauces and the menu but I didn't get his name. Eventually I gave them my order and I waited about 5 minutes and my food came out one at a time. Cheesling Fries (9/10) - The cheese powder on the fries were amazing! It wasn't too overpowering or too cheesy. The fries were hot and crispy. They even drizzle it in the secret sauce. It was very well balanced together. Rose Ddeok-Bokki (8/10) - The first few bites tasted like it needed more seasoning and flavor. The more I ate it, the better it got. It was not spicy for me and it was a great combination of creamy with a small but of tang. The rice cakes were soft and chewy. It was also very delicious overall.Secret Sauce Wings (8.5/10) - The chicken wings were very fresh. The batter was still crispy and the sauce was sweet, tangy, and sticky. It reminded me of my favorite childhood Chinese dish, Peking Pork Chop or sweet and sour pork chop. It did get soggy once the wings sat too long. Soy Garlic Wings (7.5/10) - The soy flavor overpowered the garlic in these wings but overall a really solid choice. The wings were also hot and crispy with a sweet and salty sauce. Overall, the food is 8/10. The service was 10/10. They checked in with me at least every 10-15 minutes. They gave me napkins without asking for it. I had a very pleasant experience!“
“The best Mediterranean/persian/armenian food in dtla. I had the half chicken plate and it was HUGE and very filling. The prices here are unbelievable low and the food quality is amazing. Very clean on the inside too and friendly workersWould definitely come here just keep in mind limited parking nearby“
“Finally!! This location knows how to make a slider! My son is obsessed with Dave’s so we have visited many locations, even AZ and MI locations. Glendale knows that a slider should have coleslaw, some other locations have put such a small amount it’s like 5 pieces of slaw. Thanks for a great slider.“
“Seriously the greatest roast chicken I've ever had in my life. I usually am pretty squeamish in regards to eating around the bones, cartilage, etc, but this chicken (and the 32 spices seasoning) had me going to town. Absolutely addicting. As for the service, it is run by a lovely couple with a no nonsense attitude. When asking for recommendations, the man simple replied "they're all good," and after eating the #2 I wouldn't be surprised. Give it a shot, and see for yourself!“
“Solid Korean fried chicken and kimchi fried rice. Order at the counter and they bring the food to the table. Chicken pieces were large and exterior was crispy, soy garlic sauce was good. Shared parking lot with a lot of other interesting restaurants.“
“This is probably one of the best Korean fried chicken spots I’ve ever been to and the garlic sauce is the best!I ordered two large drumsticks with the sweet & sour/garlic sauce on the side. The chicken pieces were very tender and juicy with a profound crispness. Overall a really delicious fried chicken meal and the garlic sauce took it to the top.The sweet potato fries were descent but wish there was some type of creamy sweet sauce to dip with it. The corn cheese was also delicious, very cheesy and sweet which complimented the fried chicken flavor. The fried squid was also good and a little too chewy for me but the flavor was there. The coleslaw was pretty good and subtle. It matched well with the fried chiefs and overall it was a great lunch.Customer service was great and super friendly. I’d definitely come back here again and probably try their wings instead.“
