“The service was COMPLETELY unacceptable. An employee was rude, speaking in a language I can’t recognize and started yelling at me simply because I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Why get angry and keep screaming when customers don't understand? This business is located in LA—if an obvious communication barrier happens, staff should try to bridge it instead of continuing to yell in the same language at a confused customer. I can't believe I was treated this way. Do we now need to learn EVERY LANGUAGE ON EARTH just to get basic service?“

“My experience at Ace Burger today was nothing short of amazing! I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and corn on the cob, and everything was a perfect 10. The chicken tenders especially stood out—they had the perfect amount of spice and breading. On top of the fantastic food, the woman who made the food and the gentleman (I believe they’re the owners) were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Their kindness made the visit even more special. Wishing much success to this wonderful place!!

“I ordered the boneless honey garlic chicken for dinner. It tasted great! There was a good amount of glaze on each piece and the batter was still nice and crunchy even though we had it 30 minutes after picking it up from the store. Best part is it’s mess free and easy to eat because it’s boneless.“

“Been coming here for years. The only spot in the area to not suffer from shrinkflation. The red rice with the steak cubes is my go-to but their hainan chicken and Cornish hen are pretty good too! Service is stellar and the vibes are chill. I'll continue coming here for years!“

“Absolutely amazing. After a disappoint go at the Mancoras peruivian cuisine on main, I found this place in walking distance. Gave it a shot and the chicken is amazing. The #1 recommendation is have is the #1 Chicken sandwich (white or dark meat) it's by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. Easily blowing Raising Canes and all other chicken sandwich establishments out of the park. The balance between each ingredient was spot on and I could easily devour multiple of these in one sitting due to how good it is. 100% recommend this place.

Side note, for any people planning to eat here. Order ahead of time (sometimes it can take 30+ minutes) and avoid the wraps, go for the chicken on the bun instead. It's vastly superior because the wraps seem to be poorly constructed. The wraps seem to be overflowing with sauce which makes the wrap soft and weak so its, hard to hold let alone eat, without it breaking apart in your hands“

“When this location opened in late 2021, I was pretty ecstatic as their nearest location to me was all the way in West Covina. Pretty happy that they finally have a location not too far away whenever I was craving Jollibee. The vibe here is pretty typical of any fast food establishment. My partner though has ran into some troubles of online orders being canceled for no apparent reason.

This specific location is great. Never really had any problems with them on my occasional visits. Drive through is quick and staff is pretty quick and professional with order as well inside. There's also online ordering which is great to avoid any wait times. My partner and I both use the app whenever we order to gain rewards points. Highly recommend checking that out if you order often.

My go to order here is the 2pc chickenjoy with a side of spaghetti combo, which comes with a drink, apple pie and a biscuit. The chicken here is very underrated in my opinion, super tasty, crunchy, and always full of flavor. It also comes with a cup of gravy which you dip with the chicken and just adds tons of flavor that you don't really find at other chicken places. The spaghetti is also underrated, filled with some sausages and sauce, it's a good compliment to the chicken and is pretty fulfilling.

Overall, Very happy that they've added a Jollibee that's not too far from where I reside. Love that this location has a quick drive through and their food is pretty standard from all the other locations that I've been to. Although nothing over the top since it's a fast food chain, Always a decent chain to visit if you've never tried their unique style of fried chicken.“

“First time coming here. Went to the drive thru and was very impressed with how fast the order was given to me after ordering. Got home and my family were all very happy with the chicken. Chicken was tasty and cooked well. Sides were also very good.“

“Excellent service by Freddie as soon as we walked in- menu is extensive and creative and HALAL. Chili isn’t halal but clearly and respectfully stated- no fear of contamination as it’s stored securely and separated.
Chicken and waffles was amazing- dogs were pretty good- turkey bacon was weak I’d recommend deen brand halal beef bacon as it’s MUCH better especially for hot dogs. Overall would return.“

“The family and I decided to stop by and grab Mediterranean food and my husband brought me by his spot he has been going to for 1 yeah or+ years. Upon entering you get greeted by the sweetest owner and staff. The menu is quite extensive and has variety of things from kabob plates to wraps; then burgers and vegetarian options. I ended up getting the lamb and beef kabob plate with hummus and rice. I also got a side of falafel and some fries to share with the family. The hubby got the beef kabob plate and we shared with the girls. Portions were quite filling and more then enough for our family , hummus was so good. Everything is fresh and house made to the sauces that come with it. The garlic being some of my favorite. This family owned place serves really good food and made sure the family was fed and happy. Definitely recommend and absolutely coming back.“

“Stopped by bb.q Chicken in Temple City for a pickup order and had a really good experience.

I ordered the Feel Crunch Wings and Soy Garlic Wings. Both were really good! The Feel Crunch Wings were nice and crispy with a satisfying crunch, while the Soy Garlic Wings had that savory, slightly sweet garlic flavor that makes you keep reaching for another piece. I also liked that the wings stayed crispy even after bringing them home.

But what really stood out was the lady working at the counter. She was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Even though this was just a pickup order, she made me feel welcomed and provided genuinely great customer service. Sometimes it’s the small interactions that leave the biggest impression, and she definitely deserves to be recognized!

Food was ready, everything was packed nicely, and the whole pickup process was quick and smooth.

“Red Chicken Thai is a small corner Thai food spot in San Gabriel Valley. They have a breadth of food and drink items. Its interior was modest with little to no aesthetic decor.

However, the atmosphere was relaxing for customers. Their dining area have 8 tables that can accommodate thirty people. It was my first time visit and I had a default Pad Woon Sen x Iced Lemon tea. Both are good in taste, flavor and portion. Service was spot on as well as the price (affordable). Staff was competent and attentive. Plenty of street and rear parking. Collectively, this is a good Thai spot.
