-While the QR code is convenient, I can't add items to my order unless I use the tap function. If I try to add only a drink, the system won't allow it because there's a minimum order of $3.“

“Best chicken sandwich in LA, no exaggeration. Better than Howlin Ray's, Dave's, Popeye's, KFC, Main Chick. And even cheaper. What a giant piece of fried dark meat chicken, crispy as hell on outside, tender and perfectly cooked inside. Fried to order. Even the drinks are great.

To management: please turn Macho Burger back into Chicken Bun Bun on Sawtelle, I miss it“

“The food here was ok it could possibly be better though. I ordered a spicy chicken burger. But it was not spicy at all. It had zero % spicy sensation ?. I ordered a spicy chicken wing too and it was the same as the burger. I think they might of gotten the order wrong or it is not spicy at all. That Ice Black Tea drink is super delicious. I always try to drink it with extra water because it is sugary.I appreciate the service here.“

“I placed an online order for a large 2-topping pizza, and picked up during the time frame it said it would be ready. It was in one of those kiosks where you enter a special code for dispensing. I was surprised the dough was more cooked than usual; the pizza was at a good hot temperature for a short time. The dough still tasted a tad undercooked.
