staff in this place are not great. they must have thier own job because some walked back and forth doing nothing instead of helping me, seeing me waiting in line. when i finally got someone's attention to help me, i felt like he was doing me a favor. I got my food but that's about it. No "thank you", no "have a good day", etc, so i won't tip anyone here. curbside pick up did not work for me, app told me to call restaurant so i just walked in after waiting in parking lot for 10...read full review

First time trying the pizza hut 'the big new york' pizza. Very lacking in pepperoni, pizza ? was on the greasy side. Cheese felt artificial too. I wished I just got my regular 2 middle pizza with 2-3toppings would have been better. My son still like it because it's pizza.

i give it 4 stars for food consistency, but they don't get 5 stars because they charge a service fee and they do not pay the employees or give them extra benefits. why not be straight forward about the actual price, and instead hide it under a "service fee?" ...thats just disappointing.
