We've watched videos and only dreamed of trying Uyghur cuisine. But today we actually experienced it and we were excited, amazed and satisfied. The quality of the food at this restaurant was exceptional. The flavors were great and the service was also good.
We literally asked for a spoon to savor the last of the delicious sauce from our lamb stew. Yum!

Not just freshly cooked, but absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
It was our first time trying Uyghur food, and it definitely won't be the last🙏 We couldn't believe we almost lived our entire lives without trying it!
The lamb (hordaq/kordak) was tender and beautifully spiced with a delicious sauce we will be thinking about for years.
