“This is the Sunday / cheat day spot. The potato, fish and shrimp tacos are the way to go! But that's just me.
I wouldn't have it any other way.

I gave the atmosphere 3 stars, because it could be cool inside, if the a/c was turned on.“

“I ordered "Tony's Special" and that was a French toast combo. You had a choice of hash browns or diced potatoes. I chose diced potatoes and they were ok ,they could have used a little more bell peppers and onions. My husband ordered a small menudo. It was a perfect size for a side dish. He said it was fine it could have used more meat. He ordered huevos rancheros with meat on top. He said the meat was dry and had no flavor. Maybe next time we will let the waiter/waitress know how we would like the meat cooked. Everything else was good. There green salsa has a kick so watch out. We sat by a window and could feel the heat coming from outside even with the shades down. The place is outdated and needs a remodel. It has a 70's feel to it. They have enough room for a wheelchair to pass around. They have 2 handicap parking spots in front. They have a small waiting area with a bench.

“For the past 15 years, Super Taco in Pico Rivera has been my go-to spot for satisfying, no-frills Mexican food. This family-owned restaurant may not be fancy, but it has a charm that keeps me coming back. My all-time favorite dish is the carne asada gorditas—they’re always delicious and packed with flavor. I highly recommend trying them if you stop by. The rest of the menu can be hit or miss, but there’s usually something for everyone, and it's worth a visit if you're in the area. It's a great spot to support a local family business and enjoy some hearty Mexican food!“

“This is the place to go if your Hungary. Great homemade by hand plate by plate one at a time. Lots of regular people here and some personalitys too. Three 75" tvs on the wall for sports watching, big bathrooms. The food is of the hook here everything is the bomb. Lots of choices, lots of food for the money. And everybody is family here and everybody knows your name kinda place. Always a satisfying experience here.“

“I’ve been eating at Vargas since 1970! My favorite was always the Soft Tostada (double tortilla, with Carnitas, rice and Chili Verde. I live in AZ now and some old friends came to visit, bringing Vargas Tortillas, Carnitas, Chili Verde and frijoles. OMG! Still wonderful!“

“This place is a great spot for delicious Mexican food and catching a game. Three big flat-screen TVs hang from the ceiling, showcasing various sports, and we were there to watch part of the Dodgers vs. Mets game. They offer a 2-for-1 deal on fish tacos on Tuesdays and other tacos on Thursdays.

I tried the seafood burrito, which is loaded with octopus, shrimp, scallops, fish, rice, beans, and a white sauce that tastes like diluted sour cream. I was blown away with the first bite—there’s plenty of seafood in every mouthful. The lemon, slightly pickled purple onions, and seasoned jalapeños complemented the burrito perfectly.

The restaurant isn’t very large, but it has a cozy ambiance. The parking lot outside is small due to the plaza's size at the corner of the street. I’ll definitely be back on Tuesday or Thursday for the taco deal!“

“First I want to start saying food is very very good I have order a Mogarra al mojo de ajo was tasty very good but it seems like the flavor ajo needed more flavor, Rice was kinda of cold and the potato as well.I will recommend the food to serve more warm or at least more hot, but other than that food was delicious will come back and taste other food they have.“

“First time here. Tried 3 different meats/tacos...asada, carnitas and lengua. The lengua was by far the best lengua taco I have ever had!! There were notes of pineapple, it was so tender and flavorful mmm! Asada was well seasoned and tasted very good as well. I'll pass on the carnitas next time, it was dry and no flavor. And they have a good red sauce that's not too hot and adds a nice little kick and flavor. A little over $2 for most tacos, and it was .$3.50, I believe, for lengua (worth it). Seven tacos = $20“

“Love this place for amazing bionico! The crema is delicious, not too sweet and very savory. It can get busy from time to time but that is rare. It can also be a little noisy, but the place is bare bones. They make almost everything in front of their customers.
