“I met up with a colleague here for a business meeting and the food was delicious. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and it was a unique, surprising and delicious take on a vegetarian burrito. It had beans, rice, potatoes and squash. My buddy ordered the chilaquiles and found them to be quite delicious.
I highly recommend this place. They do get a lunch rush; so I'd suggest planning your visit around that.“

“I had an hour in between appointments in Montebello, really surprised to stumble at this mom & pop Mexican restaurant. It had four 4-person tables inside and an authentic vibe for locals. I ordered a Special Plate for 2 fish soft tacos that was served with rice & bean and a small drink for $10. I didn't think much of it at first, the portion was big. It was so delicious that ate the whole thing. I loved everything about this restaurant, definitely will come back again with my family.“

The service was amazing so welcoming so attentive. Their cafe de olla was perfect. I had their chilaquiles con huevo and bistec. It comes with beans and it had some lettuce I'm assuming side of salad but I mixed it all together and it was delicious! They do give you chips and salsa and let me tell you that salsa was deliciousssss!! The place isn't huge but it's perfect and cozy. They have plenty of other stuff on their menu | just decided to start with chilaquiles and they were delicious :)“

“I’ve been eating at this location for many years. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is great. The booths are very comfortable. I have friends that have get-togethers at this restaurant because it’s so great in every plate is delicious. They have a big screen TV and the next room. It was great having a bowl of Menudo watching games. My favorite hair is the albondigas, huevos rancheros are good . A lot of Mexican restaurants in the neighborhood have closed down, but Baja has been going strong for many years. It’s well loved by our neighbors. I recommend this place 100%“

“This place has been here for years. Had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and potato. Gives you home style burrito vibes. Not too big, but filling for the size. Tried out both green and red salsas. Both were good, but I'd choose the red over green in my opinion. They have a small outdoor sit down area, but might a bit noisy for some people as it is right off the main business street.“

“I stumbled upon this family-run marisco joint. Friendly and fast service, they take credit card. Ordered a super mixto ceviche that had every kind of seafod on there, and 2 orders of tacos Dorado, which are deep fried shrimp tacos with sauce and avocados on top. Very delicious! Great for hot summer days“

“I’ve worked with this company many times before. Their meat is nice sized chunks and the flavor is phenomenal! Salsas are delicious, and staff is extremely friendly and professional. Working in the wedding industry, sometimes I have tacos everyday of the weekend so when I say these are good you best believe I ain’t lying.“

“Got 7 tacos, and a Gordita. Asada was ok, pollo was better, pastor was ok, cabeza and tripa were SO GOOD. Fish taco is $3.99, shrimp $4.99 and both the same size as a regular taco. I was a little concerned but after trying both, they’re worth every penny. The fish and shrimp tacos here were honestly the best, freshest fish and shrimp tacos I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back for the mulita and torta“

“The employees there are so nice and i go there almost every day after school because they have really good raspados and im friends with some if the lady's and the only thing that makes me mad is that the raspados are 5$ and they should be like 3$ or 4$ at least but besides that i love that place ❤“

“If you come to Sergio’s, you HAVE to get a wet burrito. They’re super delicious. Now I will say the cook who’s at the grill tends to matter a lot. Sometimes they have some of the younger crew running the grills and the food just doesn’t have that consistent quality. However, for the most part their wet burritos and Sopes overall are the hitters at Sergio’s. They’re so good. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I’ll keep coming back. If you’ve tasted Sergio’s on Garfield and Olympic it does not even compare, the Vail location wet burritos are a must try.“

“The lady and guy who attended us were so friendly and the food was so good. Not greasy with great flavor. Perfect comfort food. The salsa bar was perfectly fresh and everything so clean. Definitely adding it to our rotation. Just know it's cash only but there is an ATM machine inside.“
