“Compramos menudo para llevar bien servido con mucha carne buena apariencia y sin el tipico olor del menudo hasta que lo probamos ? hot as hell muy enchiloso solo dos adultos pudieron comer y con mucho dolor porque o se les paso de chile o se les callo todo el chile ala pot imposible de comer para los niños y para mi que no como tan picoso. Deven de decir que su versión es muy enchiloso“

“I started eating here many years ago when I lived down the street on the 80's. Food has always been consistent and the counter staff have always been friendly. Whenever I visit Los Angeles, I live in the Bay Area, I must stop here for some Al Pastor. A plate of Al Pastor or in a burrito, El Indio Azteca is my favorite place to eat Al Pastor anywhere on the planet.
They also have good carnita and asada tacos.“
“(Translated by Google) When I tried that delicious shrimp broth, I looked for my mom all over the kitchen of the restaurant because I was sure that she had made it, with a good seasoning and I recommend it. “I work for Alma Paul when I was 1617 I believe that’s when it opened for Javier Galvin and it was a very nice man. The food was fabulous. He had this awesome black Porsche. I’m now 71. I was just wondering if this wonderful man was still around. They were from Mexico City of they were still the owner of a lot. I lived in Maywood. I will be there tomorrow visiting a very dear friend of mine. That is now 81 and still lives in Maywood where my son was born.“

“I'm a old timer in Maywood, so became their customer since 1st day this place open doors..besides my father says owner is from the same hometown back in Mexico.

“This place is not called el Piquin Mexican Grill anymore. it’s called Taqueria La Fogata and since they have changed owners. the food has been so much better and more delicious than ever before. everything on the menu is great especially their chicken that they specialize in. every type of food from breakfast lunch and dinner. They never disappoint and always great outdoor seating and staff is wonderful. ????“

“Despite reading some negative reviews from a long time back, I took the gamble of visiting this restaurant and giving it a chance. This was my experience. Service was excellent, food came out quick despite attending a big party celebrating a birthday.
If you're looking for somewhere tasteful, cozy and welcoming that will provide you with quality delicious food and excellent customer service. Look no further if you live or are visiting the South East area in the city of Maywood.
This is my 2nd time visiting this overlooked hidden gem; which I still can't believe it's been here since 2019 and stopped by until now. I have NO regrets visiting and dining at "Rajas con Crema".
This restaurant was welcoming, cozy, ambiance was delightful, customer service was on point!. Thank you for the awesome experience Javier and Staff.
On my first visit, I had their rib eye steak and garlic shrimp with seasoned veggies and mashed potatoes, and delicious warm soft toasted bolillo bread. Also had their (Mollete) which was soft, beans were very homely made and chorizo sprinkled throughout.
Today's visit, I came for breakfast and had their steak and eggs, Cafe de ollá and my partner ordered chilaquiles con carnitas. Both dishes were exquisite, Cafe de Ollá was delicious, customer service was awesome with attention to customer.
I am definitely coming back, not overhyping anything but, usually it's not common or typical to visit a restaurant and have a great all around experience in customer service and food quality tastiness ??.
If you're in the area, definitely check this hidden gem out and give them a try, and try their various delicious dishes, no regrets!. ?“
