Based on the reviews, Birrieria Jalisco - Mexican Restaurant offers a great taste for birria. The birria de chivo and birria tacos are amazing, with tender, juicy meat and just the right amount of spice. The quesataco de birria and the quesadilla are also very good. The consomé is bomb, rich, and on another level. The tortillas are fresh and very good. However, the first impression can be not nice, as there are dirty plates and waitresses sitting down. There are no sides, and the waitresses never came to ask for more drinks, requiring customers to call them. Despite this, the food is great and worth it for the birria. The place is casual and clean, a nice spot for a quick and tasty bite.
