The service is very excellent from the moment you enter until you leave, everything is very good. The customer service and first impression was phenomenal. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, had very good knowledge of the menu and was very kind to us. The lemonade that my niece ordered is very good and refreshing natural. The seafood we ordered tasted super fresh. The Dynamite roll was my favorite as well as the red aguachile. We were fascinated by everything and this is definitely going to be the first place we come to eat every time we visit Los Angeles!“
“I love coming here since I live right around the corner, it’s just a quick walk. The food is always great, especially their birria quesatacos! However I was a bit disappointed today with my order. I ordered the “dorados combo” which comes with comes with two birria quesatacos, rice & beans, and a drink. But I didn’t get any queso in my birria tacos. It was just two birria dorados. I’ve ordered this combo many times before and never had any issues so I am a little disappointed cause I know the combo includes the quesatacos. Nonetheless, I will still be coming here, but I guess i’ll just have to remind staff.“
“Love coming here with my kids. This has been my favorite pico rivera Mexican food spot since 2013. The food does take a little while to be ready sometimes but that is only because they make everything fresh and food is always great! Weekends it gets so busy. All depends on the time and day you go. For the price and quality I highly recommend it, you will walk out full and satisfied. The young gentleman at the front is always friendly and patient with all guest especially during rushes, which is one of the reasons we love going. Great environment! They also have mariscos/Seafood, and beer oh and they can make micheladas. Definitely a plus.“
“3.5 stars. i was driving home on a Sunday night at around 1800 and saw this spot as I was headed towards the highway. Driving through Hunting Park really makes you hungry for Mexican food...:) Stopped and got 4 different tacos. The extra stuff you can add to your tacos are awesome. The grilled onions, the charro beans, the pickled onions, the radishes, the cucumber, and I think there was maybe two other things. Then there's 3 salsas and lime to top it all off. It's a lot. My tacos were loaded. I also got a pineapple fresca. I honestly think I loaded too much on my tacos and couldn't taste the meat as much. I got the pastor, chorizo, buche, and something else-it was sirloin steak. All of it's not bad but I liked the chorizo the most. There's maybe four other meats. Again, I think I overloaded my tacos and should def go back give this place another shot. But this is a cool spot for street tacos. Total cost was $12 though, which is a little pricey.“
“This was my first time going and it definitely will not be my last! The food is great. Ordered a surf and turf quesadilla, asada fries and an asada burrito, delicious! The quesadilla was one of the best I've ever had, so good didn't even need any salsa! Fries were great and the burrito was good, not the best I've ever had but certainly good enough to have again, and again! The portions are great too. Like I said, definitely will be there again, have to try the shakes I e heard so much about!“
“My husband and I are notoriously particular about our taco meat and me the eggs. The moment our food arrived, it was LOVE , birds chirping, sun shinning and we hadn’t tasted it yet. We had found something special. The chilaquiles were exceptionally fresh, with just the right amount of heat and crunch. I customized my order with over medium eggs and sliced asada or chopped on top. I have to contain my excitement every time as I just want to do the happy dance! The eggs are always cooked to perfection, with a delightful runny texture in my first bite it slowly cooks a little more with the heat of the chilaquiles making the yolk perfectly soft and fluffy. The taco meat is expertly cleaned, no veins or fat, chopped and seasoned just right and well cooked. We have frequented this restaurant once a week for the past 5 months and although we want to try other dishes we haven’t. Our friend joined us once and had the caldo de cabeza, very brave of him. He was in for a treat & said it was the real deal and couldn’t wait to be back. Despite the chef’s quiet demeanor, it’s evident that the food is made with love and passion. His attentive mom runs the front and adds a wonderful touch of warmth to the experience. Overall, an outstanding experience. “Just finished eating here. Everything was DELICIOUS. Everyone is so welcoming, and make sure you're well taken care of. ? The food was beyond my expectations. As a Mexican and home cook, this place exceeded my expectations, and my taste buds were beyond happy. The spicy sauce actually had a great kick ?. The menu is simple, but it doesn't need anything else. The Aguas frescas had just the right amount of sweetness. They were actually refreshing, I only wish some ice was added. The presentation of the food was BEAUTIFUL. The chef definitely takes pride in the food served, and the attention to detail is evident . I'm so glad we live so close.
