“The meat has some of the better flavor ive seen in a long time. Tried the tacos and tortas and they were good. The torta seems a bit off. I feel like they are using the wrong ingredients or the incorrect order because the lettuce was soggy and drove down the taste. By no means is this bad food. I think it just needs some rethinking. Dont change the meat. Do avocado instead of guac on the torta. Find a way to keep the lettuce crispy. And i think the cilantro may not belong in the torta. But other than that this is a good restaurant. I think with some small tweaks, it deserves a 5 star.“

“Today we had the honor and privilege of enjoying catered food from Eva’s Tacos, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish!

The service was outstanding—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can truly feel the care they put into their customers.

Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely delicious! The burritos were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. One thing you must try is their guacamole sauce with chips—it was fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal!

While the atmosphere is currently affected by nearby construction, it doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and service. Even with that, they still deserve top recognition.

I would gladly give Eva’s Tacos 5 stars any day of the week—a solid 10/10 experience overall. Highly recommend!“
