“I'm a bit late in posting this, but I wanted to make sure a phenomenal employee gets the credit he deserves. On Labor Day, we went through the drive-thru and were helped by Jonathan. His customer service was absolutely exceptional—so much so that he's the entire reason I'm writing this review today. Outstanding service like his is hard to come by!“

“I ordered my burger combo over the phone, and the woman who took my order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, my order was ready to go, which made the experience even better.
The Thousand Island dressing is delicious, the fries were fresh and crispy—not reheated—and the burger was absolutely amazing. For a small burger spot, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of great vibes.
I also ordered the chili cheese fries and am excited to try them. I usually order regular fries first to see how a restaurant does the basics, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to see how the chili cheese fries turn out!“

“I've been off the burgers for a while so I tried their chicken chef salad which is pretty darn good! plenty of chicken and vegetables when I'm in the area would definitely go try again. I have to say the burger smells awesome. The owners are pretty cool as well“

“I went around 8 pm on a weekday and it was pretty quiet, 3-4 tables occupied inside and one other car in the drive thru. The person at the drive thru window was very polite and made good suggestions. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was great. The bacon was crispy and the fries were hot and delicious.“

“Came here for breakfast and order the bacon and eggs meal. Everything was fast and fresh. The only negative thing is that the mirrors were dirty and I can see hand prints on the middle wall divider of the dinning area. (I’m a house clear/organizer) I see everything 😂“

“Today I went to buy some food and while I waited for my food, I sat down and put my small wallet on top of a table, when my food was ready I got up and I totally forgot about my wallet. I noticed I didn’t have it when I got home, I immediately called teriyaki J’s and I asked if they found it. The young lady (cashier) told me it was there and that she would save it for me and to go get it whenever I could. I drove back and she had it. She made my day, I tried to give her some money as a reward but she kindly refused and said no need. I would highly recommend this place, she could’ve kept the money, yet she decided to return it intact. I also have to say the food is amazing . 😻“

“I had an amazing experience today! To be honest, I hadn't been to Shake Shack in five years after a really disappointing visit at the long beach location, so I was hesitant when my husband suggested giving this location a shot. I’m so glad he insisted. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Victoria was fantastic, she checked on us to make sure we loved our food and had everything we needed, and another team member stopped by to check on us too. After our meal, Victoria was so sweet and even gave us some great recommendations for our next visit. This level of above-and-beyond customer service is rare. Thank you to the whole team for completely changing my perspective on Shake shack. I will definitely be back to try the coffee shake Victoria told me about!“
“Tried their new impossible burger with the simmered veggies it was delicious ? Only complaint is that the meat was too thick for me also it looked a little too real but I was assured that it was plant based . My favorite part is definitely their buns , really good when it's a little toasted . The staff are young but friendly“
