“I ordered my burger combo over the phone, and the woman who took my order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, my order was ready to go, which made the experience even better.

The Thousand Island dressing is delicious, the fries were fresh and crispy—not reheated—and the burger was absolutely amazing. For a small burger spot, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of great vibes.

I also ordered the chili cheese fries and am excited to try them. I usually order regular fries first to see how a restaurant does the basics, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to see how the chili cheese fries turn out!“

“I was extremely shocked with the quality of everything we ordered. This place does not appear promising at all but as soon as you take a bite, all of the doubt goes away. I will definitely be coming back.

“We were a oarty of approximately 18 including 4 kids. Our server Chris was Magnificent and patient with. Got our orders down exactly as we requested, on the first try. Good job! We also ordered various desserts all of which were DELICIOUS so sorry i don't have photos to show but please know EVERY giid item ordered was right on point
Wife had the Eggplant Parmigianna and a slice of tres leches cake, my Grilled Chicken Margherite and Chocolate Lasagna were absolutely mouth-watering. I th8nk the birthday girl had the shrimp Alfredo. Others had the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini, the Grilled Salmon minestrone, Ravioli Carnonara, Seafood Alfredo, Chicken and Gnocchi. Kids had their pizza (of course) other desserts included were Sicilian Cheesecakes,Black-Tie mousse Cake and Italian Doughnuts
All in all spectacular dishes.

“The food was exceptional for what I call sit- down fast food. I had never eaten there before so I loved the shrimp tacos and chicken taquitos with quest sauce drizzled on top. Just the right amount too!
The inside of this location was in desperate need of sweeping and clean tables (I had to request a towel to do it myself before the staff member wiped the table).
I will go back again one day soon as the food is starting me to return.
In returning to this particular location in Downey, I hope the person whose job it is to sweep and clean tables is doing a better job.
Maybe it was a fluke.“

“My husband and I went there tonight, for Valentine's Day. We had the Steak/Salmon special. This ribeye was the BEST steak I've had in my life. So tender and so tasty!!! The salmon was wonderful, so delicious! I totally recommend their food. Yes, their prices are high, but you're getting the best food possible. And, really, on a special occasion, it's worth it to enjoy delicious food and great service!! Thank you, Verdugos, for a great Valentine's dinner!! “The food was excellent! The portions were large and the drinks were amazing but our bartender/order taker/server/host/and everything else was a wonderful man named Raul! I believe his last name was Trepes? I hope that’s close? Anyway, this man practically ran the place because of a staff shortage! He provided everything we needed quickly, was extremely polite and he has a great sense of humor! I hope corporate realizes what a great job this man is doing and pays him well!!!“

“you get what you pay for, i have my go tos on the menu! they made a mistake on my order and the worker was very kind and patient in fixing it and gave me a pastry of my choice to make up for the mistake and having to return! great customer service and great environment that’s very spacious“
