“My husband and I went there tonight, for Valentine's Day. We had the Steak/Salmon special. This ribeye was the BEST steak I've had in my life. So tender and so tasty!!! The salmon was wonderful, so delicious! I totally recommend their food. Yes, their prices are high, but you're getting the best food possible. And, really, on a special occasion, it's worth it to enjoy delicious food and great service!! Thank you, Verdugos, for a great Valentine's dinner!! “It's a shame that Rubios had to close down so many restaurants. When we are nearby one, we have to have it if we're hungry.
5 stars doesn't mean it's the best food but considering what it costs to eat at most of those nasty unhealthy fast food joints, I'd take Rubios all day.“

“The food was excellent! The portions were large and the drinks were amazing but our bartender/order taker/server/host/and everything else was a wonderful man named Raul! I believe his last name was Trepes? I hope that’s close? Anyway, this man practically ran the place because of a staff shortage! He provided everything we needed quickly, was extremely polite and he has a great sense of humor! I hope corporate realizes what a great job this man is doing and pays him well!!!“
