The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. To cleanse the palate, a mint tea infused with palo santo was served—a meditative interlude that was both refreshing and aromatic, setting the stage for the evening’s journey. “Last night we went to Speak Cheezy on 4th St at Termino. First off, EXCELLENT customer service! We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“

“Love almost all of their dishes and buy here frequently, however, the Adobo Hot wing (expiration date 4/11 purchased/consumed 4/7) did not feel as fresh as their typical standard for the rest of their meal that I love so much! Especially the herb dipping sauce didn’t smell fresh.
