The authentic Mexican foods from Guadalajara Jalisco were savory and unique. I finally found a Mexican restaurant that are still making and selling their Mexican flan, so delicious and just the right consistency between a regular flan & New York cheesecake.There are so many dishes on their menu. “This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific. But once you have eaten here, boy oh boy is it hard to forget!I come here about once every other week when I'm on a regular work schedule. Became hooked immediately with their unique bahn mi sandwiches and their pate chaud. Now I'm completely obsessed with their plant-based shrimp spring rolls and their grilled pork bun bowl. That bowl is the perfect balance of light and filling, flavorful and refreshing. It is one of my lunch go-to options. And the plant-based shrimp rolls are AMAZING. Obviously I'm not vegan, but this is an item that I enjoy so much despite it all.I have yet to try their pho. Maybe one of these days. They do have seating inside, but no restroom. Also, parking lot is small and shared, so I avoid coming during peak lunch hours, usually after 1 to pick up my food, and I've had no issues.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, flavorful too!Parking: Parking lot is pretty small and shared with a pharmacy, laundromat and discount store.“
“Perfect brunch/breakfast spot. Super cute casual charm with dishes to match. The portions are great and the food was delicious. I particularly loved my baklava latte- definitely a yummy treat on a rainy morning. My eggs Benedict were great and on latkas?? Delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was super quick and efficient. The only downside is the parking and size of the location, on a rainy day everyone was waiting for an inside spot, so you may have to wait a bit for a seat. Thankfully we arrived early enough to not worry about that ! The food was a bit on the pricey side, so definitely be warned that two dishes and two drinks, plus tip was about $60. That brunch price may not be for everyone, so please know that it’s definitely a bit more of a price to pay but I wholeheartedly think that it was worth it!“

We were both starving but had a long drive back home, so wanted something filling but still light enough to not cause food coma.The customizable options made it easy to order. Both of us split a bowl and mushrooms tacos on gluten free tortillas. They splits -plated our food so that was really nice that we did not have to.The Tacos had amazing flavors, we asked to add pickled onions to additional tang. It was great.The bowl with tofu and brown rice, while good could use a little bit more flavoring. We got the dressing on the side that added some depth, but I feel something else can be added to the bowl to up the umami flavors.Overall a good choice. The schnitzel’s wild mushroom sauce is great and has great flavor. The pork is not dry and the light breading makes a good texture. I wished that the mashed potatoes and wild mushroom sauce were served hot, but it was still delicious.“

“What a great find! This brewhouse has amazing service and food. Tried the Mamas Boy pizza and Scapoli and pretzel bites. The mamas boy was my personal favorite. Yummy beers on tap. The gentlemen working were very kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It's a family-friendly local spot. There are table games to enjoy. “It was good value for money and had a pub-like atmosphere to enjoy a steak. I think it used to be the Hometown Buffet at Cerritos Town Center, but it was very spacious and the service was great! The portions are large, so men can choose between a steak and two side dishes, so women with smaller portions can order a smaller portion!I recommend this restaurant where you can eat for 4 people for around $100. However, the standard waiting time is one to two hours, and even between 5:00 and 5:30, I waited about 40 minutes to be seated.“

We just order appetizers and dessert since we were kind of full, but we wanted to give this restaurant a try and it didn't fail us. We had the picaditas which is a great option if you wanna try the 4 moles. We also had the clayuda which was amazing. “I've had the pleasure of dining at Noble Bird a few times now and they never disappoint. The menu is simple and yet packed full of flavor and healthy ingredients. Their fried rice is out of this world! I was taken aback at how quickly I devoured it. The Thai Noodle Salad is another one of my favorites. It was absolutely massive in size so I had it for lunch the next day. Regardless of what you order, it'll leave you thoroughly satisfied without feeling overly full. The macaroni salad is the best here they are known for the macaroni, salad, and pizza.! the pizza is nice and crispy on the bottom and the top of the pizza is cooked to perfection... my coworkers come every Thursday I try to come at least once a month lol they do have arcade games for kids and if you want to have a birthday party they have enough room. “Grabbed a couple burgers to go. The burgers had a great char broiled flavor. I had the teriyaki burger. I was expecting it to be a traditional burger plus a grilled pineapple but instead it was a traditional burger with the choice of beef or chicken teriyaki added to it. It was very good. Fries were good, not too crisp but not quite mushy. Overall a great taste, good price, fast service. Worth all the good reviews.“
“I have been passing by this spot for the past 4 years and have always wanted to try it. I finally gave it a shot and am glad I did.I got a small cheese steak sub with no tomatoes, it was delicious. I especially liked the bread, it had a great taste and nice soft crunch. I also got myself a small potato chip bag. The total came out to $9 and some change (pricing as of Nov 2023). The customer service was pretty good too, they were happy to answer my questions. I got my sandwich in like 3 minutes, very quick service.There were a few groups eating in, and no line when I arrived although a few customers did arrive after I placed my order. My friends and I got the Boat Noodle and Pad Thai, both were flawless with flavor you won’t get anywhere else. I did not find any indoor seating at this particular location, but it does offer a nice courtyard with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
