One of the best banh mi I've had in a very long time! Extremely delicate and intricate layering of meat with fresh herbs and onions and spicy green pepper! All homemade and use of barbari bread was great, although I would be interested in seeing how good this could be with fresh baguette! Love their expansive menu and drink list! I want to come back to try the blue crab, the drink menu with the cool tea lattes and also the pate entree!!
We went here recently and the food was amazing! I tried the pork banh mi and it was one of the top 2 Vietnamese sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was perfect (thin and crunchy). The meat to the bread ratio was definitely on point. I can eat it every day, it was that good. I also tried the pork vermicelli and it was also very light and delicious. My husband had the oxtail pho. He said it was also one of the best that he's had. We cannot wait to come back and try more dishes....read full review

This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific.
