“I'm a bit late in posting this, but I wanted to make sure a phenomenal employee gets the credit he deserves. On Labor Day, we went through the drive-thru and were helped by Jonathan. His customer service was absolutely exceptional—so much so that he's the entire reason I'm writing this review today. Outstanding service like his is hard to come by!“

Toyitos in downey is exactly what you're looking for. They also got excellent alfajores and 2 liter Inca Cola. If you're looking for a good family meal place and you want some delicious chicken, give this place top priority. Before you ask, yes they give you just dark meat if you ask...I'm pretty sure it's a bit extra though. Anyways Toyitos is fuego. 9.5/10

“I was extremely shocked with the quality of everything we ordered. This place does not appear promising at all but as soon as you take a bite, all of the doubt goes away. I will definitely be coming back.

“My children and I felt very welcomed by Randee the assistant manager . When we were in line to order he asked us if we wanted to take a seat and he would come to us and take the order . He also pulled out a high chair for my toddler . I wish every establishments customer care was this inviting !“

“I went last night, everyone was super welcoming and I mean EVERYONE. I couldn't believe it, usually there's a few bad apples but no not this place, everyone was nice and super friendly. Food was amazing, customer service was phenomenal. 10/10 experience.“

The fries were overcooked and a lot of oil you could tell he didn't look too fresh the burger was okay I just seem to remember Wendy's being a lot better. “The food is pretty good here, usually pretty fresh, and when it isn't there is no negative feedback or vibe for asking to return a not so pleasant item for a fresher better cooked one. Service is really quick and usually comes with a pretty big smile. It's also pleasant with that the employees usually remember things like sauces, napkins, straws ETC. Atmosphere got a three because you might be sharing the dining lobby with somebody screaming at their invisible kids or a small group 1-3 or 4 people getting high on their drug and choice right outside the windows or in the parking lot. Doesn't bother me I grew up here and I'm used to it, but I could see how that might be a huge turn off for some.

Vegetarian options: Fast food really isn't the place for vegan dining so...

Parking: There's parking all the way around from the south, East, and North sides of the building and except for the north side you can see your vehicle easily from inside the dining lobby, never seen a time when parking is hard to find.

Kid-friendliness: Not really too much here that's exciting for kids, you can definitely find and hear or see inappropriacies for the young generation depending on the time of day you go. If you're a good parent then there's no danger for your child, they're just may be some not so PG-13 activities taking place here or there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a big wheelchair accessible door and ramp from the front side of the building when entering from the south“

“I would order online here often. I like them. However; earlier in the year I ordered for the wrong day and they could not see the order. I called and called and called the next day it was supposed to be for to get a refund but they still couldn't see my order. I'm not sure why. They should be able to see all the orders placed for the day as soon as they open. I lost out of $9+“

“I was craving a chicken bowl and this was nearby. Solid spot for bbq chicken and other meats.

I had a chicken/veggie bowl with extra chicken and it was delicious. Nice and healthy with a little bit of their teriyaki sauce. Quality chicken and vegetables too.

Yes, they’re a little slow right now. Yes, they’re currently only accepting cash. They’re clearly still working through some of the growing pains that come with opening a brand-new location.

But what stood out to me was the SERVICE and the effort.

You can genuinely see how hard this team is working. They’re moving nonstop, helping each other, staying positive, and doing everything they can with the circumstances they’ve been given. Not once did I feel like the wait was because they didn’t care. Quite the opposite.

You just don’t see this kind of grit from employees as often anymore.

So before getting frustrated about the wait, give them a little grace. They’re new. They’re learning. They’re working hard. And despite everything they’re dealing with, their customer service is top notch.

The speed will come. The systems will improve. But you can’t teach people to care, and this team clearly does.

Be patient with them. They’re doing a great job, and I’m rooting for this location to succeed. 👏🥔“

“This is my husband and I goto and dine in Carl's Jr. Located West of the 710 fwy in the city of Bell. The place is kept clean, including the restrooms, food is fresh & delicious, and the staff are friendly & courteous. Good job, keep it up! 👍 😉“

“Very good place for a quick healthy bite. Obviously, one needs to choose the healthier options and stay away from the Magic Sauce (Sugar) and other options that make the meal unhealthy. I usually ask for the all white chicken, which is healthier and has more protein than the regular chicken. Flame Broiler is on my weekly fast food rotation, and I appreciate the taste and satisfactory feeling after the meal. Definitely recommend it to everyone.“
