What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Albert helped me navigate the menu and helped me choose my meal item by item. “My spot for years. Great place, good food, excellent service. The party trays are a good deal, and they will make it on the spot with no more than 15 minutes of wait time. I always get orange chicken, beef, broccoli, chow mein, and fried rice. Steam rice and teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour pork, and green beans are also very tasty.“

“This is one of the Taco Bells of all of California, maybe even the country. The manager was very friendly and customer service friendly. The staff also were quick to respond and deliver food, fast and efficiently. They were so kind I even got some free Taco Bell vouchers to get a free taco next time I go to Taco Bell. “The food was delicious. But the service is why really won me over. The sweet employee was super kind she offered to cut up the ham for me because it was too big. I wanted to give her tips but unfortunately they didn’t have the option. So corporate or the manager should do better and allow tips for their employees because they deserve it.“

“Okay they seasoned the crust as how I asked them to do but they did not cut the pizza!!! What you see is left over of the pizza because I was too hungry and ripped a piece to eat it. Now I have to look for a pizza cutter if I have one. But pretty delicious so far.“

“The cashier Oscar, was rude to me. I said hello to him when I approached the counter and he totally disregarded my salutation. He addresses the customers by saying "What can I get for you?". Apparently he has not been trained the proper way in how customers are supposed to be greeted. What a shame!But not everything was bad, the chicken sandwich was hot and tasted good. The coffee was good as well.“

“I had just stopped at a McDonald’s that had a broken app pay system and they placed their broken sign after the drive-through entrance so I was stuck in the drive-through folks were placing there order which is pretty upsetting and incompetent of them. I stopped at this Jack-in-the-Box and Jose was very pleasant. It’s not something that you normally get at a fast food restaurant. Service is not the highest priority at times but I’m glad I stopped by.“

“Hands down one of the best mc Donald’s I’ve came across after moving down here to Southern California. They always get my order right 2 hot n spicy & fries never had one issue . I’ve tried different mc Donald’s in the area including Downey but none of those can’t compare with the taste of this one . Yeah there’s homeless people outside but i don’t think that should affect the rating especially when this team is satisfying customers . I’ve gone to other mc Donald’s
some how they get my order wrong and it’s overwhelming to deal with . But started sticking to this one ever since then !“

“I was at El Pollo loco for lunch on Sept 16 and had one of the best experiences by far. The gentleman taking my other through the Drive-thru was amazing. Spoke clearly and very polite, I believe his name was Keenan (my apologies if I misspelled his name) and the manager Tianna (again sorry if I misspelled that name as well) was as professional and helpful! I’ve had horrible experiences at El Pollo Loco but this by far was a great experience! Thank you!“
