“Recently made a drive thru order pickup that contained a mistake and I ended up with something i did not order. I was already at home and i called this location. The store manager was very nice and told me no problem come another day if you have to and they'll fix the issue. I eventually made it back a long time after and they went above and beyond to redo the order. Thank you to the whole staff and they got a loyal customer for sure. Jay.“

“Hands down the BEST chicken I’ve ever had! The flavor is unmatched—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and always cooked to perfection. Every bite tastes fresh and delicious. The sides are just as good, and the portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff is super friendly and the service is always quick, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you dine in or take it to go, the quality is always consistent. If you’re craving chicken, this is THE spot—you won’t be disappointed!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review
This Taco Bell in Downey is one of the best I’ve been to! I’ve visited before, but this time I noticed they now accept EBT, which is such a helpful and appreciated option for the community.
I really enjoy using the kiosk — it’s easy to log into your account, use rewards, and grab free items or deals. If you’re paying with EBT, you can place your order at the kiosk, select cash, and then go to the front counter to let them know you’ll be using EBT (food or cash). The staff is very understanding and patient, and they truly take the time to help customers through the process.
The team here is amazing — both the women and men working are respectful, professional, and create a really welcoming, family-like atmosphere. You can tell this location is well managed and that they care about their customers.
Highly recommend this Taco Bell — great service, great experience, and definitely five stars!“

“Stopped by for brunch around 1130 a.m. I grabbed a 2 item combo bbq pork and Jalapeño chicken. The Jalapeño chicken was really good, really crispy. The bbq pork was good. There was not much sauce on it, but it was good. The rice tasted fresh and had great taste also with their Sriracha sauce. Chow mein was ok, I would have preferred all rice. Will definitely go back. They had a spicy orange chicken that I didn't have a chance to try.“

“I always come in here for a sandwich on an extra hot day , the workers here are amazing and make the sandwiches on time and perfectly .

I never have any complaints about this location.
Great job to the staff here !“

“The service was good the food was good. I would say maybe just hire like one more cashier because there was only one cashier and when I went there it was very busy and the poor cashier looked like she needed help. Overall she did a good job“
