“I stopped by this donut place the other morning and it honestly made my day. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh donuts filled the whole shop. You could tell everything was made fresh because the trays were constantly being restocked.

I ordered a glazed donut and a cup of coffee, and the donut was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet. The glaze had that light crisp on the outside but melted as soon as I took a bite. It paired perfectly with the coffee.

The staff were really friendly too. They greeted everyone who walked in and made the place feel welcoming. It’s one of those simple spots that reminds you how good a fresh donut and good service can be. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m craving something sweet.“

“A very good smash burger spot to eat at! I got the double classic burger. It had two smashed patties along with fresh crunchy vegetables, cheese that melted and oozed from the burger and a nice stormburger sauce. The burger can be a a bit messy but it's very delicious. The fries were Cajun style and had a nice spice kick to it and fried very well!

There is only standing seating to eat and it gets real busy during lunchtimes with long drive thru lines and lines for window orders. The staff was very nice and friendly, service can be a tad bit slow but the burger joint feels like your old school hamburger joint from your neighborhood.

They had a collab with Tev's kitchen so I wish I had another stomach to try their Jamaican jerk patties.“

Without looking at reviews, my family and I decided to try this place with their selection of "silogs." My only regret? It's that I was leaving for FL the following day. All the dishes we tried were nothing short of delicious. Breakfast was cooked on the spot, hot, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. Definitely will have to come back when we return. “As a busy full time worker and student, this Carl’s Jr location is my absolute goto. I dine in, drive through, and uber eat when i am lazy. No matter what time of day, the speed, service, food, every manager and cashier I have encountered have been wonderful. Morning crew, days, and overnight. The place has increased in price since I first came here and the menu has changed and what I used to get is no longer on the menu. LION KING ROLL is my goto. It’s delicious. However….. Today as I approached the counter to get my food, a homeless girl walks in barges right next to me as my order is being processed and given to me, and asks “y’all got any miso soup?!?” Stinky and obviously covered in filth, no bath for probably years and a dirty soiled blanket wrapped around her, I was instantaneously disgusted. Miso soup was given to her and I don’t know what else because I got outta there before she could even ask me for money or whatever! You feed a pigeon and what happens??? A dozen or more come. This is a simile; a point I’m trying to make. Homeless are the root of the problems here in Koreatown. You feeding them is the hand the feeds the problem.“

“Menudo was on point. You can tell that they used the whole tripe, you also get a knee bone. This menudo didn't come out of a can that they sell at a Costco Business center. Most menudos come out of a can that they sell at Costco Business centers.

Getting there was easy on public transit. About 0.8 miles from the A line station on Cypress.

“I've come to this location so many times over the years and it's always been consistently good. I usually just use the drive thru but the service is always fast. Ambiance in this area is ok, due to the PCC being nearby and it helping the area be good. The food itself is always fantastic. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better (and I am a huge Big Mac enthusiast). The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic btw, please give it a try if it's still available by the time you read this.“
