“This location is actually very close to where I work and the food is excellent! Whenever I need a quick bite to eat & I walk into this establishment all the workers are very quick, courteous and kind and the food is extremely fresh and well made. Specifically Ivonne, the general manager, is very kind and greets me on a first name basis and always checks in on not just myself but every other diner here and always make sure that we have everything we need

Dietary restrictions: I really don’t like mayonnaise. I don’t know if that constitutes a dietary restriction, but whenever I mention to not have it, they always do the best they can to keep it out of the cheeseburger.

Parking: There’s always plenty of parking if you ever need it and it’s very convenient because it’s very close to the Citadel outlets and also the 5 freeway.“

We also enjoy their burgers very much including their breakfast. We also like their zucchini sticks they big and comes on four zucchini sticks. Parking: 86 really weird the parking lot you got trucks stopped there they got small car it's hard to come in come out they need to work on the parking lot I don't think it's safe for a wheelchair person is coming in with a big truck comes in and get ran over“

“This is the Best Jack in the Box I've ever been to. It's the very Best fast food restaurants Straight Up. They have a all star staff that's Awesome all around. I see them working together real good and multiple positions. Very friendly, helpful, accurate and so fast. I think they should all get a raise by their Boss. I travel far just to come eat here. The food even taste much better than any other, Straight Up!“

“The young lady at the front named Naz was so kind and patient. I suffer from a learning disability, and she throughly answered my questions about the items on the menu. Great experience thanks to her, nobody ever has that kind of patience with me in public. Will be coming back :)“

“Mgr Brianna made my day!! A different McD got our entire order wrong. Didn't realize the mistake until we were on the freeway. Stopped by to gas up at costco. Swung by this drive thru & asked if they could help us with our order. She patiently listened as I explained the mistake by the other restaurant (i provided our receipts). She made it right, made an exception for us & fixed it without any hesitation.

“I’ve placed 2 orders so far since they’ve been open and they have forgotten items that you’re charged extra for example the guacamole. Last Friday I ordered 4 meals and they completely forgot one of them. On top of that, the meal they forgot I thought was my husband’s because of how the other meals were labeled with the name. Come to find out upon opening the burrito bowl they put the wrong label on his meal with my name on it and my meal was actually the one missing. So, I had nothing to eat for dinner. Usually chipotle is great, but this location sucks! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Management needs to train their employees better. Tighten up Chipotle!!“
