Subway at the Citadel Outlets offers a convenient and satisfying dining experience. The restaurant is well-organized, with friendly staff and clean counters. Customers can enjoy a variety of menu items, including the popular cold cut combo and customizable salads with the perfect amount of pickles. The outdoor seating area provides a comfortable setting for a quick bite while shopping. Recently, customers have praised the friendly service, noting that the staff, including a helpful older woman and a welcoming young lady, worked quickly and patiently to serve everyone. The salads are especially appreciated, with many customers mentioning their love for the cold cut combo and extra pickles, which the staff always adds just right. Though some find the sandwiches average, the overall experience remains positive, with good service making it a favorite spot for a quick, tasty meal while shopping.
