THE BEEF PHO SO FREAKING GOOD *coming from Australia* and the mango and strawberry smoothie was soooooo good. Def recommend
Nibi Pho at Citadel Outlets was unfortunately disappointing.
Pho is usually a pretty reliable and comforting meal, but the flavor here was not very good in my opinion. For condiments, only Sriracha was provided, which also felt limited compared with most pho restaurants.
I ordered the beef pho, but I was given chicken pho instead. Considering that this is a food court location, I also found the price relatively expensive for what was served.

No price displayed anywhere. Has a vegan menu block. Ordered vegan spring roll. Was told there was no shrimp in it. I thought that was weird because the picture had shrimp in it so I assumed it was vegan shrimp.
Turned out it was just normal shrimp spring roll WITHOUT shrimp. Charged $17 for that and a bottle of water. Therefore the picture was misleading intentionally. It’s possible all the vegan food is just vegetables with no protein.
