Despite being located in a place of utmost importance for those who decide to take a getaway and go shopping at Citadel, this restaurant should be closed, the food is horrible, its soups are salt water and the products used are not fresh. Also, it is very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. The service is from arrogant and disastrous people, I would not recommend it, but I would recommend closing it because it does not meet the expectations and service of a place as prestigious as Citadel, Commerce. #1 Spring roll on Menu for $10.95. Was charged 18 and change with tax. Looked more like a loose burrito. Will stick to my OG Pho restaurant. Do not waste your time or money. Very disappointed

Dude, I pad $40+ for a sandwich, spring roll & a Thai tea.Be sure to ask prices before you order, because there’s legit no $$ listed on the menu.I was bummed they didn’t have pâté for the Bahn Mi. But the pork was still bomb.Wasn’t too satisfied with the Spring Rolls, they used some kind of garden salad that really threw the taste off.No problem with service, owner was nice to serve me. Gave me take out boxes when I couldn’t finish my meal.And food came out quick. But wasn’t too hyped on $$ and taste overall.

Oh wow. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. Let's start the price. $17 for a small bowl of vegan Pho. What's in it you ask. 4 pieces of Broccoli and 5 pieces of carrot. The picture showed tofu but they tried to cheat us out of that as well. When we asked for tofu they gave us 3 cubes. So this cost $17.
Taste: So okay $17 maybe it taste unbelievable. I took a whiff, normally pho has a very distinctive floral aroma. There was nothing. Really, HOT WATER WOULD TASTE BETTER.
Customer Service. The owner was so rude. She was rude on the phone. I should have taken that as a warning. I told her that this was the worst food I have ever "eaten". All I ate was the veggies, I returned the piss water back with all the noodles.
Please, please stay away from this place. I will be posting this review everywhere.
Also the other warning was the Health Department lowered the score right in front of us. If they tasted the food there would be surprised that the roaches even ate that crap.
Opps I forgot there was scallions and few slices of jalepeno.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worker threatened us and my babies and threw our food at us when I told him we ordered chicken not beef. He dirtied my husbands shirt with the food he threw at us. The worker they went off and said chicken is out of season and they don’t have and started swearing. If I owned this place I would not hire people like this as it is a reflection of the owner. They would not return our money and gave us the wrong food. I can’t believe this happened and the employee made me and my kids feel like we were in danger. Stay away from this place as they are dishonest and not family friendly.

The guy who took my order was rude he acted like he didn't hear me when i was ordering food and the guy who called me to pick up food was so rude too , he yelled at me and acted like i begged for the food. When other customers came to order they were nice to them and looked me and talking something in their language. This is terribly disappointing and disgusting

He said he added $1.00 for each take out order container and after all I was eating at the CITADEL! He had a sign, if eating in, please take your trash outside! The food was OK, however, for price I would not return.
