“Personally, I had a great encounter with two of your employees today @ stere #024831-BELL. I ordered my pizza on line for carry out Bc the price for delivery was too high. So, since I live like less than 5 min from this location I decided to p/u. When I get there, I asked the young man (Ismael) why price was the same as if I had it delivered? He answered me very nicely. however I don't think he quite understood what I was trying to explain to him. I then showed him receipt he handed me with the price that I questioned. He said it was Bc of the tip & Dlvry fee.?? I asked him what tip and who was the tip for. Especially if I was picking it up myself. He finally GOT IT! Yay...STILL, very nice. He then asked his co-worker (Jackie) if he could put the diff back to my debit card. She then got her mgr's authorization and came out with a notebook=instructions on how to do transaction. Realizing she's probably never did one before, I suggested that if it would be easier for her I could just order something for the difference and call it even, but she went ahead and proceeded with transaction. Even then, she still went ahead and gave me Cinnabons, Cheese bread and Brownies. She was so very nice and helpful and very sweet. Didn't get upset about having to do it. Pizza Hut, you need to hire more people friendly employees like Jackie & Ismael for every location you have. I don't care how much you RE-MODEL and decorate the place, if you don't have people skills and good customer service, people are going to go elsewhere 99% of the time. I know I would. But you also have to give credit when credit is due. These two employees deserve recognition for how they handled the situation. p.s....you should also review your mobile app. If you pick Dlvry then choose pu, it will still charge u for the Dlvry charges and TIP. Which by the way, it was what happened to me today....just saying. GREAT JOB TODAY JACKIE & ISMAEL. Don't ever change.“

“I'm glad I stopped by this place. This place feels welcoming and very clean. Besides the front door jam that won't open. At least placed a courtesy notice or sign. People are trying to open and looking through the glass door to make sure it's open or close. Some are clueless and will stand there. I'm just saying. Jen, the store manager, was very polite and professional. She took a minute to explain about the door, which was nice of her. She literally cares for the facility. She constantly walks around, checking for trash or anything that might need attention when she is not helping customer(s). Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Main: 1. Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie Bag ($6 dollar) The meal deal also includes: Chicken nuggets (4-piece) -- reg. $2.99 Small fries -- reg. $2.99 Small drink -- reg. $2.69 Im impressed with this meal deal. Great value for your bucks. Everything was delicious, especially the spicy nuggets (fave). Good size and portions. What do you expect from a $6 dollar deal? Definitely recommend the Biggie Bag. “Usually food is great, unfortunately fries were old when I got them and when I mention it the lady on the window was nice and told me she could change them if I wanted, I said yes but someone else came to the window asking for all the food and saying that they could give me everything again but I had to give back also the tacos when I complaint about the fries.It was not a good experience.“
“This particular Subway is open 24 hours a day. My food orders have always been good. The service has always has also always been good. My only issue is that they run out of meatballs after 12 midnight. So when I get off of work at 4:30 AM and try and buy a meatball sandwich, they can't make me one. They start making meatballs at 6 AM.“
“I need to speak up this !! Today I was there and suddenly one lady treats very badly to the employee who was helping her after somebody took her order!! I hear in screaming Uttering. "DO I HAVE ANOTHER OPTION!!!" With some many words & many times to the employee while she was explaining to . ((WE as customers we have the decision to buy or not : to wait or not because we'll pay for it. But WE DON't HAVE the right to treat bad to somebody just because one person explains in order to ensure the orders))the good thing that the employee defended alone.
