“One of the best local pupusa places in Lynwood/South Gate area. Their pupusas are huge and full of cheese that pulls out when you break the pupusas. Their curtido is very flavorful. They also serve a delicious Carne Guizada with rice, beans, salad, and had made delicious fat tortillas. One more item that my wife and I like to order and now our son loves too is their sopa de pollo that comes with a lot of vegetables, two pieces of chicken and most impotently, they serve it with little coditos pasta inside. it brings the sopa to another level especially when you are sick or it's just a sopa kind of weather. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Will definitely keep coming back here as long they keep making delicious food.“
“We had lunch at Angelo's and it did not disappoint. As fans of the movie Falling Down, it was so cool to see the Whammy Burger location! Moving on from that, the owner was really nice and friendly and we joked around and talked a bit and the HUGE menu had so many options and we felt the food was made with love and care. The staff were really friendly. We truly had a great experience at Angelo's and we hope to return.“
“The food is delicious, The first time I ordered from here was through the Uber eats app and I will say that their food is full of flavor I ordered the carne Asada fries and my fiancé ordered a bacon burger special and the portions are really big. One day I decided to stop here and pick up myself and I ordered a wet burrito and it was huge, full of meat and they put chips on the side. It was so big I had to share half. Whenever I am nearby I always try to stop by, the man who works here is always super friendly and very fast.“

“Great little local spot. They have a really good breakfast menu and basically serve everything. They have burgers, breakfast, Mexican food, a pastrami menu, and an American classic like their Tuna Melt. We've just begun to explore the menu, and so far, everything has been great. The portions are generous, the meat is good quality and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The food does take a while to come out, but you can really tell it's well made. Even the chicken in their quesadillas taste freshly fire grilled. Definitely worth a try if in the area.“
