“I saw this place while driving and saw a line waiting for their food, so I decided to give it a try.. Ì asked those in line, what was good there.. The answer was either the teriyaki bowl or plates, and the teriyaki burgers.. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl.. it looked and smelled great driving home.. After eating it, I didn’t understand the line of people waiting.. It was okay, but in my opinion, no big deal.. I’ll be honest, I did eat it ALL, and the serving size was BIG, so by no means was it bad.. To be fair though, I’m gonna have to try again, and see what I missed the first time..“

“I worked late last night in Gardena and was looking for a place to eat dinner. I am on the Keto diet and was thrilled to find that this diner had several salad options. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and it was terrific. The salad was huge! The only downside is that the Greek olives had pits, which is the pits. Lots of chicken though and a ton of Feta cheese. Delicious!“

“I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Snack Shack! Yesterday, July 26th, I stopped by to get some food, and they were already closing. The owner was absolutely amazing and still took my order, which I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, one of the workers accidentally gave me the wrong food, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I went back, and the owner immediately refunded my money and went above and beyond by telling me to come back today and get whatever I wanted on the house. That level of customer service and hospitality really meant a lot to me!

So, of course, I came back today, and once again the customer service was amazing. My food was FIRE! 🔥 Everything was delicious, and my daughter and I truly enjoyed it.

Thank you so much for taking care of us and for showing such kindness and hospitality. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that matters, and you handled everything with nothing but professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate you and your business.

“This old school burger joint is a gem. I definitely recommend. If your our here in Carsen watching a Galaxy game and need a awesome bit, here is the place. They have burgers, tacos and even pastrami plus more. They also have half off on a selective combo for $7.50.. What a deal now a day. Fries are excellent aswell. See my pictures. Looked for a burger joint around gardena and found this gem.
The burgers were great especially with the leaf lettuce and ranch
Fries were on point and the soda was bomb not all watered down and the service was good
I came here once and since i go about weekly either alone or with the family

“Came here for breakfast while traveling in Washington. Establishment seems to be well managed and well maintained. Matthew was our server and did an excellent job of taking care of us. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler, which I believe used to be called the Grand Slam. It came with two eggs, three meats, hash browns, and buttermilk pancakes. Breakfast of champions! “I would have given it 5 stars, but most times when I go here to pick up an app order or to order at the register, I will have to wait 10 plus minutes before one of the employees will notice me, even after I have called out to them. I probably would not have that issue if this Mc D's had an employee designated to always be at the register and order pick up station.“

“Fast and friendly service. I forgot the cashier's name but he was very helpful and fast. He actually acknowledged customers, which is a plus for me. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely signing the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.“
