“Stopped in for Cheeseburger Special and it was my first time eating here. They don’t cook the fries enough but luckily I was able to request it. What I really enjoyed is the excellent customer service and patience. The ladies were so sweet no attitude at all and it really means a lot. I would definitely stop here again. “Ericka and Lizette are excellent servers. But, yesterday they weren't there. The woman who took my order did not acknowledge my "Dine-in" request. Our fries were served to us in Styrofoam, "To-go," and the woman, tall, short hair, was not all that friendly.
However, I have been here many times. The food is a little expensive, but fresh and delicious. The cooks and other workers, besides that one woman, are quite hospitable and respond to my Spanish. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the Styrofoam and that woman.“

“This is the usual 5 Guys experience. Peanuts to eat while waiting. Three of us got a double burger each and one medium - any other place but 5 Guys would call it large - order of fries, light (regular) on the Cajun spices. We got shakes, too. Gotta go for the complete experience. As expected, it was all delicious. Easy access to 5 Guys restaurant from outside the mall or inside. Go get 'em!“

“I have came to this place since I was a kid. It's never disappointed me! The Quality is excellent. Ice cream is so good. My personal fav is strawberry or cherry cheesecake cake parfait, recesses pieces twister, or a good old fashioned banana split. They have shakes, sundaes, malts, floates, cones, and food. So yummy!“

“Went through the drive-thru today, expecting an average interaction at the drive-thru. The person working the window was very pleasant and helpful and gave recommendations on the sauces. Once I got home with the food. We were actually surprised that the sourdough jacks weren’t the usual soggy sandwiches but were actually put together well and had a nice toasted butter flavor to the bread. The tacos also seemed to have fresh lettuce! We were VERY surprised with the quality of this order. This Jack In the Box impressed my family!!“
