“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“I normally don’t go out for hot dogs because most places feel basic — just a plain hot dog like you’d grab at a gas station. Nothing exciting.

But this place was completely different. The flavors actually surprised me. The bread was grilled perfectly with a buttery, slightly sweet taste, mixed with a little spice and crunch from the toppings. You can tell they went beyond just throwing a hot dog in a bun. The combination of sauces, crispy onions, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread made the whole thing taste incredible. Your taste buds are basically screaming, “Wow, this is GOOD.”

The hot dog itself honestly wasn’t anything super special, but everything built around it made the experience awesome. If they ever created their own unique signature hot dog recipe instead of using a more standard one, I’m telling you… that would take this place to another level completely.“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“

“Tonight we, my husband and I, with our dear friends, the Crays, dined at Tomat for the first of what will be many times. The restaurant features a dining room and a roof top patio. A welcoming, comfortable space. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable about all menu items. Our server Miley took excellent care of us throughout dinner and dessert. She assisted us with choosing items that would pair well with each other. She was never too busy to stop to see if everything was to our liking. She brought the chef to our table so we could let him know personally how much we enjoyed his creations. He gave us a bit of background on his plan of sustainability and creativity for his restaurant. The food was amazing. We had several appetizers. The tuna carpaccio was amazing, light and dark tuna with the freshest tomatoes. The welsh rarebit was so delicious. The weiser melon with strawberry kimchi was a delicious surprise. The house milled saffron rice was amazing. Our mains did not disappoint. The trout and chips were excellent. Everyone at the table said “best trout we have ever had”. The vegetable chips were outstanding. The vaca vieja ribeye was perfectly cooked. The pork three ways with chamoy was also perfectly cooked. Dessert was madelines, warm from the oven, with the strawberry sorbet and the saffron ice cream. All were outstanding. Overall, this was a fabulous dining experience. Great food with great service in such a comfortable atmosphere. And, we have already made reservations for next month!“

“One of the best restaurants around. From the Yellow Tail Crudo to the Farmers Market Peas & Burrata di Puglia to the Salt Spring Mussels to the Duck Egg Pizza. Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

Very expensive at $500 per night, used the 2 $10 free tickets at bar for 2 drinks and still owed $8.36. This was the host hotel and stayed 2 nights Fri/Sat July 22-23, 2022, with hamburger & soup in room, total $1100. T.“

“Ate lunch Mother’s Day so understandably was a busy day. We made a reservation and they sat us quickly. Brought us water timely. We ordered drinks, appetiser
and our lunch. Although we had some mishaps with getting our food timely and sending one meal back, everyone took very good care of us and treated us well. The food was great. The Rib Eye was huge.(not pictured) Desserts were fabulous. We will definitely be eating here again.“

“Always a great meal at HT Grill. Surf n Turf was awesome - filet was grilled just right, lobster tail cooked perfectly. Shrimp pasta with vodka sauce was tasty good and had a little kick. Too bad no bread basket to help sop up the juices & sauces. Only drawback was at the bar where the flies were buzzing around the beer taps. Overall, look forward to returning.“

“What a great date spot or place to have a classy meal! Cant beat having a view of the ocean and also being propelled to a speakeasy vibe. The staff was extremely kind, and made us feel very welcome. My partner is celiac, and it was a treat to have so many yummy gluten free items on the menu. We had pork chops, wild boar risotto, chicken skewers and cauliflower/ corn- all gluten free! The general manager, Kieran, came over to check in with us, and told us he’s celiac so he makes sure there’s a lot of options on the menu. Definitely will be coming back!“

“I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the food to be this exceptional. And that is because sometimes chain establishments are not great. However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. ​If you are looking for the absolute best breakfast near LAX airport, The Coffee Company is a must-visit neighborhood gem! Located just minutes from the terminal at 8751 S La Tijera Blvd, it is the perfect spot to kick off your morning or grab a delicious meal right after landing.
​The food here is spectacular. I highly recommend the crab cake—it was perfectly seasoned, beautifully seared, and packed with high-quality crab meat. It elevates a classic brunch experience to the next level. Accompanying the meal was a side of special fresh fruit that was incredibly vibrant, perfectly ripe, and clearly hand-selected, which is such a refreshing change from the standard melon-heavy fruit cups you get elsewhere.
​To top it all off, the delicious coffee was robust, smooth, and served at the perfect temperature.

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! Love the new additions to the menu, particularly the Mini Steak French Dips. The Chicken Parmesan was excellent with the twist of those ‘pepper-like sweet’ tomatoes. If there is ever something you want to bring back to the menu I would highly suggest the sliders, they were missed for sure lol! Looking forward to dining again here, soon. Cheers! ✨💖🥂“
