“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“I normally don’t go out for hot dogs because most places feel basic — just a plain hot dog like you’d grab at a gas station. Nothing exciting.

But this place was completely different. The flavors actually surprised me. The bread was grilled perfectly with a buttery, slightly sweet taste, mixed with a little spice and crunch from the toppings. You can tell they went beyond just throwing a hot dog in a bun. The combination of sauces, crispy onions, fresh ingredients, and toasted bread made the whole thing taste incredible. Your taste buds are basically screaming, “Wow, this is GOOD.”

The hot dog itself honestly wasn’t anything super special, but everything built around it made the experience awesome. If they ever created their own unique signature hot dog recipe instead of using a more standard one, I’m telling you… that would take this place to another level completely.“

The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“

“Tonight we, my husband and I, with our dear friends, the Crays, dined at Tomat for the first of what will be many times. The restaurant features a dining room and a roof top patio. A welcoming, comfortable space. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable about all menu items. Our server Miley took excellent care of us throughout dinner and dessert. She assisted us with choosing items that would pair well with each other. She was never too busy to stop to see if everything was to our liking. She brought the chef to our table so we could let him know personally how much we enjoyed his creations. He gave us a bit of background on his plan of sustainability and creativity for his restaurant. The food was amazing. We had several appetizers. The tuna carpaccio was amazing, light and dark tuna with the freshest tomatoes. The welsh rarebit was so delicious. The weiser melon with strawberry kimchi was a delicious surprise. The house milled saffron rice was amazing. Our mains did not disappoint. The trout and chips were excellent. Everyone at the table said “best trout we have ever had”. The vegetable chips were outstanding. The vaca vieja ribeye was perfectly cooked. The pork three ways with chamoy was also perfectly cooked. Dessert was madelines, warm from the oven, with the strawberry sorbet and the saffron ice cream. All were outstanding. Overall, this was a fabulous dining experience. Great food with great service in such a comfortable atmosphere. And, we have already made reservations for next month!“

“As always, the food was amazing. Every dish was good. Highly recommend the Crostini, Parker house rolls, and octopus for appetizers. Salmon was cooked perfectly, the scallops and pesto pasta light and bright, the bolognese pasta tasty and not to heavy, and the sea bass was melt in your mouth. My all time favorite is the chili and lime avocado salad. Service not only from our server, but all the other workers, including the hostess that seated us were all incredible,“

“The fish bar is in a great location the bartender Rose makes amazing drinks she friendly & attentive. She knows you by name. The food was great atmosphere is relaxed all the staff treats you like family. Highly recommend!“

“Love & Salt is an excellent dinner spot for something a bit more upscale.

They have a pretty substantial menu, with a lot of great options. They even have some really delicious mocktails.

Make sure not to miss the meatballs for an appetizer. They were probably the best dish of the night. That said, you can't really go wrong with anything you order.

I only really had two very minor complaints. Their pasta was a little more al dente than I tend to go for, but that didn't ruin the dishes by any means. The other thing was that the mocktails didn't come with anything to stir them with. Even a straw would have been helpful.

All things considered, you really should check out Love & Salt if you are in the LA area. Well worth it.“

Very expensive at $500 per night, used the 2 $10 free tickets at bar for 2 drinks and still owed $8.36. This was the host hotel and stayed 2 nights Fri/Sat July 22-23, 2022, with hamburger & soup in room, total $1100. T.“

We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. “Maxine was our server, and she was so attentive while giving us amazing recommendations from the menu. Everything we ordered was incredible! We started with the Asian wings and the Hamachi Crudo, and both were absolutely delicious. For our entrées, we had the skirt steak and the smash burger. And let me just say... the pickle aioli was FIRE! OMG! I can't believe I've never had pickle aioli before, especially since I'm obsessed with pickles. It was SO good! To top it all off, they had a nostalgic McDonald's chocolate dipped ice cream cone for dessert. I had to have it! The vanilla ice cream was softer than the McD's version but overall delicious. They packaged it to go for us so we could walk around the beach while eating it, which was honestly the perfect way to end our dinner. We'll definitely be back!“

“This is our first time eating at this place. The restaurant just opened about 4 months ago and found it on Google. The food was really good! I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta and my mom ordered the Lomo Saltado. They were both very delicious, I food taxed my mom and I liked the Lomo Saltado more than what I ordered (although my pasta was also good). The staff was very friendly and attentive... “We heard about your birthday special of Turf and Surf and decided to take advantage of it. Easy to make the reservation online. We got there and were seated quickly. We had the calamari and shrimp appetizer which was great! We shared a bowl of the clam chowder which was the best I had in years! The birthday girl got the Turf and Surf and I had the Shrimp Pasta with vodka sauce. Both were very good! We ended up taking half of it home! Our server, Adam, was very nice and even took pictures of us to mark the occasion. Overall, we had a great experience! We would definitely do it again!“

However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate.
