And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. “The food was fantastic! The owner, Laith? (I completely forgot to ask his name!), was very hospitable and friendly. We got the beef shawarma and gyro. Both were very tasty, but I preferred the gyro. The garlic sauce and hummus were outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious. My husband liked the Original shake too. He said it’s like drinking banana bread in the best way! 😂 It was a bit warm without AC, but be tolerable. We will be coming back! 😊”

My oldest grandson is now 25 and the baby is 16. Whenever there is ice cream wanted in my house and they are around, it’s a trip to Ken’s! Watching it pass from one generation to another, has been a great thing for our community! One trip to Ken’s and you are hooked for life! If you haven’t had it and you live close by or you’re just passing through on the 91 and you need to pick up a burger and you don’t want to wait at In-N-Out. Call this place up. Tell them you want a cheeseburger with everything on it and you’re gonna be so happy.”

I just move here for school so not familiar with area but my family want to eat our culture food. I am on a budget and this place coming with high rating. I like it a lot. Service was good. Crab fried rice for $13.99 is to die for. I usually spend closer to $20 for crab fried rice else where and they even use the real crab. Chicken wing are amazing. Red curry is also taste like home. I will definitely coming back. We sit there for closer to 2 hours and my nephew was entertain. They have games for kid and coin machine too. What a good find!”

It did not look like much from the outside perspective but honestly no perfect words to describe the texture, just yumm!!! we lucked out with fresh ones. It was hot, moist, chewy with a little bit of a sticky sweet glaze on the bottom. They are small and I could easily eat 5 to myself. Also lucked out with other discounted donuts/bitso’s because we came close to closing time… for that reason they did seem a little dry but I really liked the flavor of the maple twist.

Sometimes we'll get Pancakes and Eggs, sometimes Huevos Rancheros but most times it's breakfast burritos that really hit the spot and can carry us till dinner time.
The cafe has been remodeled quite a bit over the last few years and their atmosphere and decor is another wonderful addition to the personality of this great little Mexican grill.”
