The person at the front was extremely nice and patient even though I didn't know what I wanted to drink. To me, it's just a typical on-campus coffee shop--it's extremely convenient and has fairly good prices. It's a pretty chill place to study, as almost all campus student unions are! I ordered a caramel macchiato on the frappe section of the menu! The drink itself was a little too sweet, but overall a great drink for the hot summer days. Very honestly, I prefer Union Grind for my morning pick up and snack than I do Starbucks. The staff that works in the mornings is very nice and always have a smile on their face. Prices are better than Starbucks, and service is fast. I personally love their Ice Tea and chocolate croissants. Highly recommend
