Found this place completely by accident because the storefront is easy to miss, but sobrang glad ako that I did! The cebuchon tasted authentically Cebu-style, with beautifully crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat that wasn’t overly fatty. Sulit din for the price, especially with the generous portion. Masarap talaga, and I would 100% come back.
