The food was fresh and delicious. Probably the best Filipino restaurant in Carson or South Bay. Come early for the lechon. They run out. Pro tip: Call ahead to order your lechon!!! Oh and the paksiw lechon is da bomb!!
First visit to Ethan's today. They were out of lechon at 2pm but I got the Crispy Pata, which was great! Other than the steam table foods, they cook to order, so you'll have to wait a few minutes. There were a couple dry spots on the pata, but still a five-star offering. Friendly staff. Next visit, I will show up earlier to catch the lechon and order some lumpia too.

So crispy! Got the lechon plate for lunch. The outer crisp with buttery fat and juicy meat was perfect. Barley needed the sauce but was a great compliment to meat. Great portions and friendly staff. Definitely a return visit for me.
